Polygon (POL) Price Analysis and Technical Outlook
Polygon (POL) is currently trading at US$0.07121, showing signs of accumulation in the consolidation pattern, a phenomenon that has attracted the attention of cryptocurrency analysts. The recent price structure of the blockchain platform, coupled with its growing adoption rate in Japan, has fueled expectations that a bullish reversal could occur if resistance is exceeded.
Technical Outlook and Price Targets
Analyst Crypto With Gopal pointed out that POL is operating in a clear rectangular pattern, with prices repeatedly testing resistance levels while remaining above solid support. This pattern suggests that buyers are successfully defending lower prices and accumulating momentum for potential upward trends.
Once it continues to break through the rectangular resistance level, a new upward trend may be launched. Technical analysts set a price target of $0.73 for this trend, but needed to be confirmed through volume amplification. As of now, POL's 24-hour trading volume is US$35.52 million and its market value is US$761.05 million.
Crypto With Gopal highlighted the current consolidation phase, pointing out that continued support and growing bullish momentum could push prices beyond resistance, with the technical target pointing at US$0.73.
As an Ethereum expansion platform, Polygon's recent performance on the chart echoed positive news from Asia and attracted more attention.
Loyalty reward program promotes adoption
Polygon plays an important role in Japan's expanding blockchain payment ecosystem thanks to a new initiative by Japan's major utility company Kansai Electric Power. Through its loyalty arm MOACT and technology partner HashPort, Kansai Electric Power will migrate its customer reward program to the Polygon blockchain.
The partnership allows customers to convert their loyalty points to JPYC, a stablecoin pegged to the yen, which can then be stored, transferred and consumed within the Polygon ecosystem.
This project demonstrates Polygon's growing reliability among large Japanese companies looking to integrate blockchain into daily financial transactions. At the same time, Polygon's expanding commercial applications provide additional support for network growth and potential price appreciation.
(Note: JPYC is a stablecoin pegged to the yen that enables seamless value transfers and payments on the blockchain network while maintaining parity with legal tender.)
The alliance between Kansai Electric Power MOACT and HashPort demonstrates the strategic shift of Japanese companies, accelerating the adoption of blockchain in the country's payment infrastructure.
Key technology levels and future prospects
Polygon is currently at a critical technology node. Analysts believe that if prices decisively break through the established resistance level and are accompanied by strong trading volume, it may verify the bullish pattern and bring the target price of US$0.73 into view.
Positive technical signals, commercial cooperation, and the convergence of expanding real-world blockchain use cases have made POL the focus of market observers. However, given the volatility of the cryptocurrency market, price forecasts are still speculative in nature.
