Ondo Finance expands institutional tokenization while reducing supply by destroying 100 million tokens
Ondo Finance continues to consolidate its position as a leading real-world asset platform. Recent progress shows that large financial institutions have continued to increase their confidence in it. In July, a DTCC-related tokenization project was officially put into production and was supported by BlackRock, JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs. The project focuses on tokenizing Russell 1000 Index stocks and U.S. Treasury bonds. This development highlights the growing interest in the traditional financial sector. Another important milestone is the cross-border settlement pilot. JPMorgan's Kinexys platform teamed up with MasterCard and Ripple to complete settlement in less than five seconds. Ondo has also expanded tokenized securities on Solana, with round-the-clock casting and redemption capabilities improving access convenience for users around the world. The launch of Ondo Perps adds perpetual futures linked to stocks and commodities.
Sui Network attracts institutional capital through tokenized funds and bitcoin-backed lending infrastructure
Sui Network continues to attract the attention of institutional investors. On July 23, Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund Mubadala tokenized a $75 million private market fund online, marking a major breakthrough. Such applications demonstrate growing confidence in Sui Infrastructure in regulated financial products. Hashi also launched the Bitcoin Lending Test Network on Sui, which is backed by Bitcoin collateral and offers institutional lending. This strategy expands financial services beyond traditional decentralized finance. As price performance strengthened, Internet activity also improved. SUI returned to an important technical position at the end of July.
Stellar strengthens real-world asset adoption by integrating and expanding institutional cooperation with DTCC
Stellar continues to build one of the most powerful institutional networks in the payment sector blockchain. In July, MoneyGram, Figure Markets and Range joined the ranks of Tier 1 validators. Tradable also plans to bring up to $1 billion in tokenized private credit online. These new members enhance credibility and expand future opportunities. Another major development came from DTCC, which confirmed plans to connect the tokenized securities platform with Stellar, with XLM serving as a settlement asset. In addition, Protocol 27 came into effect in early July after community approval, and the upgrade introduces authentication delegation and enhances network capabilities. In the first quarter of 2026, real-world asset issuance exceeded US$2 billion.
The market may seem calm in August, but strong projects tend to make progress when the market slows. Ondo Finance, Sui and Stellar are continuing to expand partnerships and institutional adoption. Each network is building practical financial infrastructure and is making tangible progress. These advantages are expected to make these three altcoins perform stronger when market momentum returns.
