CleanSpark, a Nasdaq-listed bitcoin mining company, announced its third-quarter financial report for the 2026 fiscal year, with revenue of US$138 million. According to quarterly results released Thursday, the figure fell 30.5% year-on-year from $198 million in the same period last year.
CleanSpark had a net loss of $239 million, or $0.89 per share, for the three months ended June 30; net income for the same period last year was $257 million, or $0.90 per share.
According to analysts 'expectations, revenue was slightly lower than the consensus market expectation of US$142.2 million. CleanSpark's shares fell 5.5% on Thursday, but rose 3% before trading Friday to recover above $13.10.
CleanSpark is one of several companies expanding their business from core Bitcoin mining to artificial intelligence and high-performance computing infrastructure. On July 14, the company signed a 20-year data center lease with an unnamed investment-grade global technology company to build a 175-megawatt data center on its Sandsville, Georgia campus. It is estimated that the transaction will generate $6.6 billion in contract revenue over the initial lease term.
