Solana is currently trading above US$76 and has rebounded more than 6% in the past week following the mainstream crypto market.
As multiple bullish signals emerge, one analyst believes that if the current pattern confirms a breakthrough, SOL may move towards levels not seen since February 2026.
Positive pattern
According to Ali Martinez's analysis, Solana seems to be trading on a parallel channel, with US$78 becoming a critical level. If prices break through the middle range near this position, it may push SOL closer to the approximately $100 area on the upper edge of the channel.
The analyst also identified a buy signal from TD Sequential on the daily chart of the crypto asset. This indicator usually signals a rise in the 1-4 candle chart or the beginning of a new round of "bullish countdown." The resistance trend line is at $78.7, close to the middle range, making it a key level to confirm a breakthrough.
At the same time, the MACD indicator showed a golden cross, adding another signal that SOL may be about to break through upwards. Martinez said that if these signals are confirmed, the altcoin may move towards $100.
Trader Pepesso has previously stated that SOL has one of the clearest forms in the crypto market. At the time, he pointed out that the $45 -60 range was an area of concern and explained that the same range had triggered the asset's bull market in 2023-2024. As long as the $45 is held in the step-back test, the price returning to this range is still in line with the idea of attracting funds. If it clearly falls below US$45, the pattern will expire.
From an upside perspective, Pepesso believes that $100 is the first important confirmation point. If SOL regains that level, the $150 -200 range will become the focus of attention and may then move towards previous cycle highs.
Major developments
Beyond the price chart, the blockchain has also experienced a busy week at the network level. For example, BlackRock launched another investment product on Solana, BRSRV, a money market fund designed to support stablecoin reserves.
At the same time, Western Union's Stablecard also adds another real-world use case to the blockchain. The digital wallet and Visa guaranteed credit card use USDPT, a dollar-backed stablecoin issued by Anchorage Digital Bank on Solana.
Take-Two Interactive also introduced tokenized TTWO stocks to the network through Backpack Securities, with each token backed 1:1 by the underlying stock.
In addition, Solana processed a record 1.01 billion non-voting transactions in a single week. Trading volume in tokenized stocks was approximately $1.45 billion in July, giving the network an approximately 82% global market share.
