Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, has announced that it will suspend trading with some crypto-asset service providers and platforms.

According to reports, this decision is a direct result of recent regulatory developments. In this context, the regulatory incident that contributed to this measure was the 21st round of sanctions adopted by the European Union on July 23, 2026.

According to the announcement, Binance stated that due to recent regulatory changes, it will no longer process transactions with certain crypto asset service providers.

Binance announced today that it will restrict transactions related to Rapira, Aifory Pro, ABCeX, WhiteBird, NoOnecrypto, Tradex, Monase, BitPapa, Exnode, HTX (Huobi Global SA) and EXMO Ltd. starting August 23, 2026.

However, restrictions on some platforms were initiated earlier. Shelbit and Aban Tether Exchange were restricted on August 7, while A7 Nigeria, A7 Africa and PilotFinance Ltd were placed on the restricted list on August 13.

"Binance will no longer process transactions with some of the crypto asset service providers/platforms listed below."

"Do not conduct any transactions with these entities, receive funds from them, or otherwise engage in any activity, directly or indirectly, through Binance after the specified date."

Binance warns users that attempting to trade with these platforms after a specified date may face compliance reviews. Related cryptocurrency wallets may also be subject to additional restrictions.

"…All transactions attempted after these dates may be suspended and subject to compliance review. During the review period, restrictions may be imposed on affected wallets and such behavior may also be considered a violation of Binance's Terms of Use."
