Bitcoin.com, one of the world's most widely used cryptocurrency platforms, today announced that its self-managed wallet Bitcoin.com Wallet now natively supports the TRON network. Users can hold, send, redeem and purchase TRX and USDTs on the TRON network directly in the mobile application.
TRON has become one of the most commonly used networks for USDT settlement, and the USDT-TRC20 is accepted by many major exchanges and payment service providers for deposits and withdrawals. This wide acceptance makes it the first choice for inter-exchange transfers and dollar-denominated payments in emerging markets, supporting the reliable circulation of large-scale stablecoins. Through native integration with TRON, Bitcoin.com Wallet users can trade with counterparties that require a TRC20 address without having to leave their wallets or install any new content.
"Our users don't think from a chain perspective. They think about whom they need to pay and what they want. A large proportion of these requests are USDT on TRON, which we were unable to meet before. This integration fills this gap." said Corbin Fraser, CEO of Bitcoin.com.
With this release, Bitcoin.com Wallet users can now:
- hold TRX and USDT-TRC20 in their existing asset portfolio;
- send and receive TRX and TRC20 tokens to any TRON address;
- redeem TRX, supported TRC20 tokens and other supporting assets within the app;
- Purchase TRX and USDT-TRC20 directly with a bank card or bank transfer.

The integration of Bitcoin.com Wallet meets this need, bringing TRON's settlement infrastructure to familiar wallets, making stablecin payments faster, simpler and more convenient."
Bitcoin.com Wallet users can now natively access TRX and USDT-TRC20 without having to bridge assets, manage separate wallets, or leave mobile apps. TRON's capabilities are now built into the wallets users use in their daily encryption activities. TRON integration is now available on iOS, Android and the web.
