Ripple 获 OCC 最终批准，将在美国设立国家信托银行

Ripple 于 10 月 26 日宣布，已获得美国货币监理署（OCC）的最终批准，将在美国成立其首家国家信托银行。与普通银行接受存款和发放贷款不同，国家信托银行仅负责资产保管，不被允许从事吸收存款或放贷等传统银行业务。

国家信托银行通常用于托管、结算和受托服务，是加密资产和代币化资产的理想选择。对于 Ripple 而言，获得国家信托银行身份意味着在无需承担面向消费者银行常规风险的情况下，获得了联邦监管的背书与合法性。

Ripple 早在 2025 年 12 月就获得了 OCC 的条件性批准，如今在一年内顺利取得了最终许可。Ripple 国家信托银行（RNTB）获批的业务范围包括：

  • 管理支持其 RLUSD 稳定币的隔离储备金；
  • 作为储备金的抵押受托人，为 RLUSD 持有者提供保障；
  • 为企业提供数字资产受托托管服务。

稳定币是一种试图通过与所谓“稳定资产”（如美元）保持 1:1 挂钩来稳定价值的加密货币。它由美元存款、美国政府证券和其他现金等价物作为支撑。简而言之，锚定美元的稳定币就是存在于区块链网络上的数字美元。

根据链上数据分析平台 DeFiLlama 的数据，RLUSD 的市值为 25 亿美元，占总稳定币市场的 0.86%。

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse 表示：“多年来，我们一直认为加密货币与银行业携手合作能发挥更大效能。Ripple 国家信托银行的最终获批，正是这一理念在实际操作中的体现。”
