Binance launches SpaceX stock perpetual contract to provide bold trading functions
Binance Futures recently launched an innovative measure, launching a USD-M perpetual contract based on SpaceX stock, with the trading code SPCX. This strategic new product aims to bridge the gap between traditional financial markets and emerging digital assets by tracking well-known companies such as SpaceX. This release demonstrates Binance's determination to expand its financial product line and provides unique opportunities for cryptocurrency traders to participate in the equity market.
Release details and contract characteristics
The SPCXUSD1 perpetual contract will be officially launched at 09:00 (UTC) on July 20, 2026 and will be settled in USD1. USD1 is a standardized token used by Binance for futures settlement, which provides a new way for digital finance enthusiasts to participate in tokenized stocks.
This contract supports 7×24 hours of trading, with a minimum order volume of 0.01 SPCX and a minimum value of 1 US dollar. The quotation unit is set to 0.01 to ensure that the transaction operation meets the standard incremental requirements and the process is smooth.
Traders can use a maximum leverage of 25 times, and Binance also provides a multi-asset model that allows the use of multiple mortgaged assets rather than just a single settlement token. In addition, the contract is settled for funding fees every eight hours, and the maximum funding rate is maintained between +1.00% and-1.00%, and no interest is charged.
Traders participating in the SPCXUSD1 perpetual contract can enjoy a maximum leverage of 25 times, the funding rate is limited to ±1% every eight hours, and there is no interest charge.
Strategically expand tokenized stock products
SPCXUSD1 is part of Binance's broader strategy to integrate traditional financial elements into the cryptocurrency derivatives space. The strategy aims to transcend traditional digital currencies and provide new trading opportunities.
Previously, Binance has launched SpaceX's pre-IPO perpetual contract, allowing users to simulate trading SpaceX's shares before its official listing. The launch of the SPCXUSD1 contract further consolidates Binance's strategic layout in equity-related products.
Under the leadership of Elon Musk, SpaceX continues to innovate in the aerospace field. After it was publicly listed and subsequently included in relevant indexes, it attracted the attention of many investors.
