Cardano's price traded today at US$0.1916, down 1.08% in the past 24 hours. Traders are closely watching whether prices can break through resistance near $0.20.
The price change comes as Project Catalyst announced the launch of a new 2.5 million ADA pilot fund. The fund will support builders working in areas such as oracle machines, stablecoins, programmable tokens and on-chain identities.

According to the TradingView chart, the ADA is currently trading slightly above the Bollinger Band's mid-track US$0.1704. This level has existed as a support level since the recent breakthrough.
The price is also currently close to US$0.1904 on the Bollinger Band. This suggests buyers still have some control, but if demand slows, the rally could be blocked.
Trading volumes have increased during recent periods of price volatility. Higher trading volumes add credibility to the breakthrough and indicate that more traders are participating.
Catalyst Fund targets ecological growth
This 2.5 million ADA fund is part of Project Catalyst (the Cardano Community Funding Agency) and is designed to support projects in the fields of oracle, stablecoins, programmable tokens and identification tools.
The launch of the fund will not directly drive ADA price changes. But it reflects Cardano's continued focus on building real-world blockchain application tools.
Catalyst has been funding ecological projects for years. This new pilot fund is a smaller, more focused version of the work.
Update: Project Catalyst's 2.5 million ADA pilot fund will be launched this month. The submission portal is expected to open in the next few weeks. This round will fund projects that use oracle machines, stablecoins, programmable tokens and on-chain identities to build. This will be the first round of funding under CF (Catalyst Fund).
Derivatives data shows increased activity
CoinGlass data shows that open interest in ADA derivatives has exceeded US$540 million. This suggests that open interest is increasing as prices recover.
Trading volume of ADA derivatives also increased. This suggests that new money is entering the market, not just existing traders closing positions.
Short liquidations increased as the ADA approached the US$0.20 level. That means traders betting on a fall in ADA are forced to close their positions at a loss.
Data from DeFiLlama showed that Cardano's total locked value, number of transactions and number of active addresses remained stable. These data provide a stable fundamental background for recent price movements.
If the ADA close above US$0.20, stronger buying momentum may be confirmed. If it breaks below the US$0.1704 support level, it may push the price to near the next support level of US$0.1505.
The US$0.20 mark remains a key level of concern for traders. Buyers have not yet fully recovered that resistance.
According to the latest data, Cardano's trading price was US$0.1916, down 1.08% in 24 hours, open interest exceeded US$540 million, and support remained around US$0.1704.
