SHIB veterans reject Shiba Inu restart proposal, warn community

Summary

Mazrael refuted claims that Shiba Inu plans to restart the ecosystem, saying the so-called reconstruction proposal is completely false information on the Internet.

The so-called plan involves abandoning Shibarium, rebuilding ShibaSwap, removing Zama, and reconsidering the role of BONE, LEASH and TREAT in the ecosystem.

An unofficial Shiba DAO page triggered a security alert, reminding holders to avoid clicking on suspicious links and to carefully verify migration announcements online.

Shiba Eternity consultant Mazrael has denied claims that Shiba Inu will restart the ecosystem with a different structure. According to Mazrael, the so-called reconstruction proposal is false and has nothing to do with the official developers of the Shiba Inu ecosystem.

According to RuggRat, the proposal deviates from Shiba Inu's established development roadmap. His post claimed that developers might abandon Shibarium, migrate to another blockchain, and rebuild ShibaSwap through a separate platform.

In addition, the proposed structure will avoid the use of Shib.io because the website is still controlled by the former leadership team. RuggRat also claims the plan could remove Zama and rethink the roles of BONE, LEASH and TREAT in the ecosystem.

Moreover, governance, products, mobility and community infrastructure are said to be fully rebuilt under an independent operating framework. However, Mazrael directly questioned this claim and accused RuggRat of deliberately spreading false information in the SHIB community.

"What's interesting is that you continue to insist on it knowing it's fake," Mazrael wrote in a direct response to the claims on the X platform.

Unofficial Shiba DAO page raises serious security concerns

RuggRat attached a link to a page called Shiba DAO when introducing details of the so-called reconstruction proposal. However, the page displays a security warning stating that its content may contain fraudulent or malicious material.

The warning raised concerns that restarting the narrative could direct SHIB holders to unofficial websites with serious security risks. After suppressing known developers, those people made unproven claims involving ShibaSwap, Shibarium and possible ecosystem migration.

Mazrael clarified that the people behind the news had nothing to do with ShibaSwap, Shibarium or Zama integration. As a result, the so-called reconstruction proposal lacks confirmed support from the team responsible for Shiba Inu's existing ecosystem products.

Malicious pages may require private keys, recovery phrases, token authorizations, or transfers, disguised as necessary migration processes. Therefore, SHIB holders should verify important announcements before connecting to wallets, transferring assets, or opening links shared by unknown accounts.

Mazrael's denial prevented the restart proposal from being confirmed by recognized representatives associated with Shiba Inu's existing ecosystem. Available information suggests that the reconstruction narrative is controversial disinformation that may pose financial and security risks to SHIB holders.
