Geneva, Switzerland, July 22, 2026-TRON DAO, a community governance DAO committed to accelerating the decentralization of the Internet through blockchain technology and decentralized applications (dApps), today welcomed the launch of the S & P Pantra Digital Asset Index and confirmed that TRON blockchain has been included among the leading performing agreements in the benchmark index.

The index was jointly compiled by the S & P Dow Jones Indices and Pantra Capital. Its methodology focuses on protocol practicality, chain liquidity and network activity. The release marks the introduction of traditional financial market frameworks into the digital asset space, extending benchmark methodologies previously applied to stocks and other asset classes to blockchain networks, and is one of the clearest signals yet.

TRON's selection comes as its network continues to expand in size and influence in the digital asset ecosystem. Currently, the blockchain has supported more than 394 million user accounts and hosted more than US$90 billion in USDT, becoming one of the major settlement networks for global stablecoin activities. According to Token Terminal data, TRON leads all networks in USDT transfers year-to-date, totaling approximately US$4.5 trillion. Recently, through integration with Anchorage Digital, Securitize and Bitnomial, the TRON ecosystem has further expanded institutional access channels through regulated U.S. market infrastructure.

"As digital assets become part of mainstream financial markets, the framework for evaluating them must also evolve simultaneously," said Sun Yuchen, founder of TRON. "Transparency benchmarks have long been an important reference point for global financial markets. Applying the same principles to blockchain networks reflects the continued maturity of digital assets as an institutional asset class, while practicality, adoption rates and on-chain activity are becoming basic indicators of the importance of the network."

This benchmark represents another step in applying traditional financial market frameworks to digital assets, providing participants with a standardized way to evaluate the day-to-day utility and adoption of online tokens.
