Memin trading often boils down to a single bet: choose a code and hope the chart will cooperate. ArenaDAO reconstructs it into a form of showdown. Two meme tokens were placed in an "arena" on the BNB Chain, where round after round of competition were directly competed, and the losing party's coffers were converted into winning tokens and destroyed. Its slogan is straightforward: "Choose a side, fight and win."
Each arena pairs two opposites-memes, countries, brands, athletes, political opponents, anything with natural opposites. Existing matchups include $ANSEM vs.$CASHCAT, and Messi vs. Ronaldo. Traders buy whichever party they support and hold real BEP-20 tokens in their wallets instead of betting notes. About every eight hours, contracts are settled.
How the Minin Battle Arena works
One round of operation is divided into seven steps:
1. Two tokens enter. Arena creators choose matchups-memes, countries, brands, AI opponents, anything with two sides. Existing examples include $ANSEM vs.$CASHCAT, and Messi vs. Ronaldo; active arenas include the battle between currency and carmakers, and $BILL vs.$BEAR.
2. People buy one side. Traders can support one party, both parties, or any number and sell at any time. These tokens are ordinary BEP-20 assets: the purchaser is a standard redemption through a liquidity pool, the tokens are stored in the user's own wallet rather than in protocol escrow, and can be traded at any time on PancakeSwap V2-including during rounds.
3. 6% of each transaction goes into the vault. A fixed 6% fee is charged for each purchase and sale within the arena, which is paid by traders in the form of tokens and transferred to the vault of the arena. As the project describes, the vault was the only source of destruction-without any external subsidies.
4. Billing occurs approximately every 8 hours. The contract asks one question: Which party's BNB pool will grow more in this round? Which side wins.
5. The loser becomes fuel. The entire vault of the losing party is automatically exchanged for the winning party's tokens.
6. Bonus pool allocation. Most of the winner's prize pool is destroyed; the rest is paid to the creators and guardians (see below).
7. The cycle repeats. A new round kicked off about eight hours later and the arena was running again.
Arena liquidity is locked at 0x…dEaD. ArenaDAO claims the agreement has no mechanism to move tokens out of users 'wallets.
Where is the 6% fee: 94% of tokens destroyed
6% is the engine of the entire system, coming from traders-not from the treasury, nor from additional issuance. It is accumulated in the arena vaults in the form of tokens themselves.
The winner's bonus pool is then divided into three parts: 94% is destroyed and sent to the dead address, 5% goes to the arena creator, and 1% goes to the guardians-the caller who triggers the on-chain settlement. The part destroyed is irreversible. There are two separate pools: the BNB pool, which remains in the contract and can be sold or withdrawn, and the token pool, which is destroyed and cannot be restored.
The result is a deflationary mechanism funded entirely by in-arena trading activity: the greater the volume attracted in a round, the greater the treasury destroyed at settlement.
For creators and KOLs
ArenaDAO runs a turnkey program for creators and KOLs who want to launch arenas without touching a contract. The platform deploys the arena, provides initial liquidity, runs guardians, and pays gas fees-it's the creator's job to choose a duel and announce it. You can also create your own arena: about $72, a deal, about 30 seconds.
The creator earns 0.25% of the transaction volume, which continues to be allocated as long as the arena is running. Under the turnkey plan, payments are made in BNB every day from the first day; in self-created arenas, they are automatically accumulated in the form of paired tokens through a contract.
