ZEC 21Shares launches two physically supported crypto asset ETPs, covering Zcash and ether.fi
21Shares, a well-known European crypto asset management company, recently added two physically supported exchange-traded products (ETPs) to its European product line, which are listed on Euronext Amsterdam and Euronext Paris respectively. The two new products, Zcash ($ZEC) ETP and ether.fi ($ETHFI) ETP, both charge a fixed management fee of 2.5% per year and can be traded through a standard securities brokerage account, without investors having to manage their own digital wallets or private keys.
Building bridges between crypto markets and traditional financial markets
These products eliminate technical barriers to directly holding tokens, such as opening exchange accounts and handling personal custody. The underlying assets are held by mature third-party custodians, allowing investors to buy and sell $ZEC and $ETHFI as easily as traditional stocks or ETFs.
Jasmin Muelhaupt, director of financial product development at 21 Shares, said the company aims to provide European investors with easy access to building practical technology projects. She pointed out that ether.fi is actively expanding real-world application scenarios, while Zcash combines limited supply with optional privacy features. "By introducing these two assets to traditional exchanges in the form of ETP, we make it as easy to include them in our portfolio as buying any standard stock or fund." she said.

此次在泛欧证券交易所的上市恰逢市场对$ZEC的兴趣不断升温之际。目前，针对Zcash的合规投资渠道正在快速扩展：Grayscale已于今年8月在纽约证券交易所阿帕奇板块（NYSE Arca）推出了美国上市的Zcash相关产品，而21Shares则通过巴黎和阿姆斯特丹的泛欧证券交易所进一步拓展了欧洲地区的场内交易通道。
Zcash的核心特性在于其基于屏蔽交易的可选隐私保护机制，同时其最大供应量为2100万枚，这一稀缺性结构使其在发行层面与比特币相似。
尽管更便捷的托管方式降低了操作难度，但并未消除代币价格波动、协议特定风险以及ether.fi对其不断扩大的产品组合活跃度的依赖。事实上，欧洲市场的加密资产ETP早已超越比特币和以太坊，涵盖众多网络与单一代币。21Shares自身的产品目录已包含多种网络和代币的单资产敞口。
此次新增的两款上市产品标志着这一趋势的进一步推进，为欧洲投资者提供了进入两类具有显著不同投资逻辑资产的合规路径：一类与去中心化金融（DeFi）基础设施相关，另一类则聚焦于注重隐私的货币技术。
