目前，超过一半的Cardano（ADA）流通供应量已被质押。网络数据显示，约57%的ADA已委托给质押池。在撰写本文时，这些被质押的代币价值约为43亿美元。

质押数据解读

根据Cardano区块链浏览器Cexplorer的数据，当前活跃质押量达到216.4亿枚ADA，占流通供应量的57.6%。该浏览器列出了约2,858个拥有质押量的池子。其中，“活跃质押”是指在当前纪元（epoch）中计入奖励的部分，数量为212.6亿枚ADA。其他追踪平台的数据也指向相似的范围。

此前有报道指出，在2026年10月的第661个纪元中，约有213亿枚ADA分布在约2,700个池中，约占流通供应量的58%。由于对“流通供应量”的定义不同以及测量纪元的时间差异，具体百分比会略有出入。

这一比例在近几个月有所波动。另有来源曾将数字报出为63%以上（2026年3月），但由于其使用的供应量计算标准不同，因此这些数据不具备直接可比性。

Cardano质押机制解析

Cardano的质押方式与许多权益证明（PoS）网络有所不同。持有者可以将自己的ADA委托给一个质押池，但代币仍保留在自己的钱包中。这种非托管式委托模型使得奖励每五天（即一个纪元）分发一次。

Cardano的共识层运行于Ouroboros协议之上，这是由Input Output Global开发的权益证明协议。这意味着较高的质押率并不一定代表代币退出了流通领域。

据分析机构Figment指出，Cardano没有解锁期，代币在取消质押后可立即转移。此外，Cardano目前不执行惩罚机制（slashing），尽管节点行为不佳可能导致错过奖励。

目前的收益率相对温和。Coinbase估计的奖励率为1.35%，而NOWNodes引用的Staking Rewards数据显示，全网平均年化收益率（APY）接近2.14%。实际收益率因池子不同及时间变化而异。

通常认为，高比例的委托供应是持有者积极参与的信号。同时，这也促进了区块生产在各个池子之间的分散，从而支持网络的去中心化特性。然而，这一指标本身并非价格信号，质押参与度并未能使ADA免受更广泛市场波动的影响。
