RobinHood Chain's Launchpad Noxa shutdown: Update on user impact
Noxa, the largest memecoin launch pad on RobinHood Chain, stopped issuing new tokens after charging approximately US$12 million in just a few days. Noxa's closure occurred on July 11, 2026, when the official account announced the suspension, which caused chaos in the young Robinhood Chain ecosystem.
Noxa Close News: Spambots and vampire attacks force suspension
The team pointed out that a large number of counterfeit tokens were the main reason for the suspension. According to official statements, robots are creating and copying new tokens in large quantities every hour, a speed that overloads the platform's infrastructure.
Data analyst Tom Wan pointed out the scale of the problem on July 12, noting that nearly 60,000 tokens had been launched on the platform before the freeze, and no new tokens were added that day. The team said the platform was not designed to deal with this level of spam from the beginning.
The memecoin launch pad believes that the endless issuance of new coins is diluting attention to existing projects on the chain. Flagship tokens like CASHCAT--which the team described as one of the "cornerstones" for building early momentum on the Robinhood Chain--need to be protected from continued dilution.

Robinhood Chain launch pad suspended after charging a US$12 million creator fee
Launched on July 1, 2026, Robinhood Chain is an Arbitrum-based Layer 2 built around tokenized stocks and real-world assets. Noxa briefly became the dominant launch pad on the chain, exceeding Pump.fun in daily revenue within a few days and facilitating the issuance of nearly 60,000 tokens.
Data shows that a total of US$14.23 million in expenses were incurred during this period. The team responded by setting the transaction fee for future creators at 100%, which means the platform no longer takes a share from existing tokens.
New token issuance: Disabled from July 11, 2026
Existing tokens: Trading on Uniswap, DexScreener, GMGN and trading robots can still be performed
Creator fee: Set to 100%,
Noxa's ENS/IPFS migration can be received through the new interface: The original web domain name that replaced the domain name
$NOXA after the Cloudflare issue became inaccessible shortly after the suspension, and the team initially pointed out that it was Cloudflare's problem. Subsequent updates revealed that the domain name registrar had resold or taken over the domain names, causing the team to lose control of the original website.
Domain name loss prompted $NOXA to move to a decentralized interface hosted on IPFS through ENS domain names. Users can access it directly through Brave's built-in ENS support or through Gateway Services.
The new interface allows holders to browse historical snapshots of each issued token on the platform, view the tokens they have created, and collect creator fees associated with their wallets. The platform describes this ENS/IPFS migration as a non-censored long-term direction rather than a temporary solution.
After Noxa closed, CASHCAT plummeted, and rival launch pads took advantage of the situation.
News of the closure quickly hit prices. CASHCAT-Noxa's largest memecoin token by value-fell more than 42% in 24 hours before recovering to $0.054 (-5%). The broader Robinhood Chain memecoin has fallen more than 30% from its all-time high.
Some traders called the move a soft rug pull, citing website outages and the sudden loss of new token issuance rights during the peak of the boom. The team refuted this claim, pointing out that there were no financial losses, fee collection was still open, and that it allegedly destroyed 40% of its own $NOXA supply on DBK Chain after fees soared.
Rival launch pads quickly filled the gap. On-chain data shows that on July 13 alone, about 20,000 new tokens were issued elsewhere, as attention turned to competing platforms on Robinhood Chain.
What Noxa shutdown means for holders and creators
For anyone who already holds a token on the chain, the transaction does not stop. Existing tokens can still be used normally on Uniswap, DexScreener, GMGN and standard trading robots, so liquidity and price discovery continue to run through these channels rather than through $NOXA's own interface.
The creators face a different series of changes. Anyone who has issued tokens on the platform can now collect fees through the new interface, which are currently 100% rather than the platform's commission. The change rewards existing creators, but also means no one can issue new tokens on the launch pad itself at this time.
The actual next step will vary depending on the content held:
Existing token holders: No action is required, transactions continue to be conducted on Uniswap and third-party trackers.
Token creators on the platform: Connect through the ENS domain name, check and collect fees.
People wanting to issue new tokens: $Noxa is not currently an option, so attention has turned to rival launch pads on Robinhood Chain.
Anyone still holding CASHCAT or similar tokens is exposed to short-term price risk associated with the overall sell-off, regardless of changes in fees and access rights. The safest course of action is to treat existing positions and new issuance plans as separate decisions, as the closure will have very different impacts on them.
$NOXA's team did not give any timetable for reopening new token issuance, but chose to prioritize protecting "cornerstone" projects rather than another wave of spam. Robinhood Chain now faces a greater test: whether its ambitions to tokenize stocks and real-world assets can be sustained once the memecoin boom that drove its early trading volume subsides.
