Robinhood Chain's tokenized stock has reached US$70 million, and its daily trading volume has exceeded US$600 million.
Robinhood Chain's tokenized stock trading activity has increased significantly within two weeks of its launch, and the value of real-world assets on the Internet has climbed to approximately US$70 million. The blockchain was launched by trading platform Robinhood and aims to support decentralized finance. Although speculative tokens and stablecoins dominate overall decentralized exchange trading volume, Robinhood Chain is attracting larger transactions.
Real world assets continue to grow
DefiLlama's data shows that the value of tokenized real world assets on Robinhood Chain has jumped fivefold to US$70 million from a low of tens of millions of dollars when the network was first launched. Initially, these assets accounted for only 4% of the chain's activity, with most of the activity involving memoins and stablecoins.
Trading in tokenized stocks is also strong. Daily trading volume of tokenized GameStop shares reached $26.6 million, while trading volumes of tokenized Nvidia and SpaceX shares were $14 million and $6.4 million, respectively. Currently, there are twelve tokenized stocks with daily trading volumes exceeding US$500,000, of which five have exceeded the US$1 million mark.
Data shows that although memoins and stablecoins are still the most dominant asset classes in terms of trading volume, tokenized stocks have now made a significant contribution to Robinhood Chain's trading levels.
The network's total locked position value has reached approximately $312 million, tripling since mid-July. Trading activity on decentralized exchanges is also very active, with daily trading volume exceeding US$600 million. Token Terminal tracked more than 138 million transactions on the network in the past 30 days.
Key indicator data:
Real world assets (tokenized stocks): US$70 million
Total locked value: US$312 million
Daily trading volume of head tokenized stocks: US$26.6 million for GameStop, US$14 million for Nvidia, US$6.4 million for SpaceX
Daily trading volume on decentralized exchanges: More than $600 million
30-day transaction volume: more than 138 million transactions
Despite this, DEX Screener data shows that speculative tokens such as Hoodrat, Vladhood and Swole Doge still rank higher than tokenized stocks by volume, highlighting the popularity of memecoins on the network.
Infrastructure projects attract new investment
As activity increases, infrastructure developers are moving quickly to seize Robinhood Chain's expanding user base. Memecoin.Fun, a startup focused on supporting memin projects, has completed a $3.5 million round of strategic financing led by Becker Ventures. Other investors include BitValue Capital, Mason Labs, Negentropy Capital and angel investor Billy Wen. The transaction involved USDG tokens, but the company did not disclose its overall valuation or specific transaction structure.
Memecoin.Fun plans to use the new funds to build a Robinhood Chain platform for issuing new tokens, develop cross-chain bridge technology, and conduct research on multi-chain ecosystems centered on memecoin. The startup has not yet announced target launch dates for these new products.
As Pons prepares to upgrade its version 2.0, competition within the network is becoming increasingly fierce. The update will include the Ethereum-based union curve, Uniswap V4 integration, Ethereum-based creator payments, and new transaction pairs related to tokenization of real-world assets.
Small Dictionary: Pons is a decentralized protocol that provides liquidity and trading services for digital assets, usually focusing on innovative DeFi integration and joint curve mechanisms to dynamically set asset prices.
Network Growth and User Activity
Early network statistics show that Robinhood Chain locked in nearly US$400 million worth of stablecoins within three weeks of launch, with a total locked value of US$431 million. Institutional crypto broker FalconX reports that the network processes approximately 6 million transactions per day and has more than 250,000 active users per day.
Artemis, a research institute backed by FalconX-measured that the transaction volume of decentralized exchanges on the platform is close to US$9 billion, and some performance indicators even exceed Coinbase's Base chain. Despite this, memein activity still accounts for more than 80% of DeFi trading volume on Robinhood Chain, indicating that speculative trading still dominates online participation.
