Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 29, 2026

Bybit, the world's second largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, today announced a new cooperation with Finloop Financial Technology Holdings Limited ("Finloop"). Finloop is a Web5 (Web2+ Web3) wealth technology platform driven by artificial intelligence. The two parties will jointly launch the Finloop Dollar Instant Digital Mobility Product (FUIDL). This product is a tokenized dollar liquidity product provided by Finloop and endorsed by AAA money market funds. Through this cooperation, Bybit will allow users to use FUIDL as transaction collateral.

This product allows institutional and professional investors to obtain dollar liquidity through blockchain technology while maintaining a high standard of asset endorsements consistent with traditional financial markets. FUIDL provides qualified investors with on-chain access to AAA dollar liquidity funds, supports hourly subscriptions and redemptions, and achieves T+0 (same day) interest. Investors can efficiently mobilize funds between traditional asset markets and digital asset markets. Its underlying dollar liquidity funds have received the highest ratings from major international rating agencies: Standard & Poor's (S&P) AAA, Moody's (Moody's) Aaa-mf and Fitch (Fitch) AAAmmf. AAA is the highest rating that a money market fund (MMF) can obtain.

Finloop, as a tokenization service provider, provides infrastructure that connects traditional money market fund assets with blockchain settlement. This cooperation aims to combine the transparency and speed of digital assets with the stability and operating standards expected by institutional and professional investors.

This alliance is an important milestone in Bybit's long-term vision of "building a new generation financial platform." The platform aims to build an open, secure and efficient bridge between traditional finance and digital finance. Through this cooperation, Bybit users will be able to achieve same-day settlement for some tokenization and digital tools, thanks to Finloop's leading capabilities in physical asset (RWA) and cash management, as well as Bybit's own infrastructure.

Yoyee Wang, head of global traditional finance and physical assets (TradFi & RWA) at Bybit, said: "The cooperation with Finloop is a key step in realizing our vision of a 'new generation financial platform'. This collaboration translates vision into action, blending institutional trust with the efficiency of Bybit's digital infrastructure. By achieving same-day settlement and strengthening custody standards, we have not only increased transaction speeds, but also redefined the possibilities of financial interoperability."

By combining ByCustody and Finloop's tokenization technologies, the two parties will pilot T+0 settlement for specific asset types and plan to promote it globally in 2026. The move also demonstrates the joint commitment of both parties to improving the transparency, operational excellence and risk management of institutional market participants.

Cai Hua, CEO of Finloop, said: "This cooperation demonstrates how Fortune Technology platforms and digital exchanges can work together to achieve instant settlement while meeting high operational and regulatory standards. We are proud to have reached this milestone with Bybit, setting a new benchmark for efficiency and trust in the digital asset space."
