Binance continues to expand its tokenized stock platform bStocks
Binance announced that it will add 10 new tokenized stock trading pairs in the spot market starting from July 29, including well-known companies such as Apple, Amazon, Goldman Sachs and PayPal. With the addition of new assets, users will be able to track the price performance of U.S. listed companies through blockchain.
According to the Binance announcement, the new bStocks trading pair will be open for trading in the spot market at 15:00 Beijing time. After about an hour, users can convert these assets with Bitcoin (BTC) and other supported cryptocurrencies for free through the Binance Convert feature. In addition, Binance also announced that as of 23:59 UTC on August 31, 2026, pending order handling fees for all bStocks trading pairs will be reduced to zero.
What are bStocks? How is it different from real stocks?
Binance stated that bStocks are not the company's stock itself, but tokenized securities that track the performance of stock prices. These assets are issued by Binance subsidiary BTech Holdings Limited.
Each bStock is backed one-to-one by the corresponding U.S. stock placed in a regulated custodian. As a result, users can enjoy economic rights such as stock price fluctuations and dividend reinvestment, but they will not directly become shareholders of companies such as Apple and Amazon.
Binance also pointed out that users holding corresponding stocks can convert them to bStocks on a one-to-one basis, and the conversion process does not charge any fees. The withdrawal function for newly launched assets will be open from 15:00 on July 29.
What new tokenized stocks has Binance added?
Companies and funds newly added to the bStocks ecosystem include:
Apple, Amazon, Applied Materials, Bloom Energy, Dell, Fluence Energy, Goldman Sachs, PayPal, and two ETFs focusing on the semiconductor industry. All new trading pairs will first be launched in the spot market as USDT trading pairs.

Binance's tokenized stock layout accelerates
Binance launched the bStocks platform in June, and launched the first batch of shares of companies such as Circle, Nvidia and Tesla, and then gradually expanded in July. Tokenized versions of Coinbase, Alphabet, Robinhood, IBM and Nokia have been launched before, and this addition further enriches the product line.
According to data released by Binance, the asset under management (AUM) of the bStocks platform exceeded US$100 million just 15 days after its launch. The company said this rapid growth shows that the market's interest in tokenized stocks continues to grow.
Artificial intelligence and semiconductor-related tokenized stocks performed particularly well. Binance pointed out that the sector's share of the tokenized stock market has jumped to 15.5% from 0.3% a year ago, making it the fastest-growing area of the market.
Binance emphasized that bStocks products involve multiple risks such as liquidity, issuer, custody, supervision, operations, technology and tax, and investors should carefully evaluate these risks before trading.
