Summary
The exchange reserves of Shiba Inu Coin (SHIB) have dropped to 87.5252 trillion pieces. At the same time, net outflow data shows that the amount of money withdrawn from mainstream trading platforms exceeds the amount of recharge. Despite weak prices, Internet activity remained stable, with the number of active addresses rising 0.83%, and total transaction volume rising 0.85% to approximately 4540. SHIB is currently trading at approximately US$0.0000461, below the long-term moving average; if it can regain its position at US$0.000050, it may strengthen its overall recovery structure and improve market prospects.
Shiba Inu exchange reserves dropped to 87.5 trillion pieces, withdrawal accelerated
As the withdrawal volume of major cryptocurrency trading platforms continues to exceed the recharge volume, Shiba Inu exchange reserves have dropped to 87.5252 trillion pieces. Reserve balances fell 0.18%, while seven-day data showed exchange positions were falling after a long accumulation period. This change is important because exchange reserves represent the number of tokens available for trading and may affect selling pressure when the market weakens. However, the exchange balance of 87.5 trillion SHIBs is still quite large, so the latest decline is not enough to confirm a significant supply shortage.
Net exchange traffic provides stronger evidence of changes in holder behavior, with net outflows of approximately 159.4 billion SHIBs. The total net flow of the exchange fell by 4.73%, indicating that during the statistical period, although the recharge amount was relatively stable, the withdrawal amount exceeded the recharge amount. At the same time, the exchange recharge volume only changed by 0.04%, reaching approximately 231.187 billion SHIBs, highlighting the stronger trend of coin withdrawals. As a result, a reduction in reserves may gradually restrict liquidity that can be sold immediately, but the remaining exchange supply remains considerable.
Weak SHIB prices limit the impact of a decline in reserves
The value of US-denominated SHIB exchange reserves fell significantly faster than the actual number of tokens. The value of exchange reserves fell 1.67% to approximately US$403.49 million, reflecting weaker SHIB prices and a slight decrease in token balances. As a result, the decline in the US dollar figure is mainly due to weak prices rather than SHIB's massive withdrawals from cryptocurrency exchanges. Internet activities sent out some positive signals. The number of active addresses increased by 0.83%, and the total transaction volume increased by 0.85%, reaching approximately 4540. In addition, the average number of transactions also recorded a similar percentage increase, indicating that blockchain participation has remained relatively stable despite weak market performance. However, price movement remained crucial as SHIB's attempt to rebound at the end of July was blocked around $0.000050, and the token subsequently fell back to $0.0000461. In addition, the SHIB remains below its long-term moving average, while resistance around $0.0000497 and $0.0000588 could limit another attempt at rally.
87.5 trillion SHIBs establish new exchange benchmark
SHIB is currently testing its short-term moving average (approximately $0.0000464), putting the token near an important technology area. Although net outflows reduced immediate supply pressures, there were still 87.5 trillion SHIBs available for trading on exchanges, limiting market expectations of immediate scarcity. Therefore, the decline in reserves represents more an improvement in supply conditions than a confirmation that exchange liquidity is tight enough to support continued gains. SHIB still needs to stand back at US$0.000050 to allow improved on-chain conditions to provide stronger support for its broader price recovery. At present, the withdrawal of coins is reducing the supply of exchanges, but the huge reserves and persistent technical resistance are still the main obstacles facing Shiba Inu coins.
