Shiba Inu exchange reserves fell 0.18% to 87.5 trillion coins, and the price trend lags behind.
Shiba Inu still has a large token reserve on the trading platform. The latest online data shows that exchanges currently hold a total of 87.5252 trillion SHIBs, a slight decrease of 0.18% from the previous day. Although the change was small, it suggested that market sentiment was turning cautiously after a period of exchange hoarding.
Exchange Activity and Liquidity Trends
Exchange reserves represent the number of tokens retained by the platform for instant trading. Higher reserves usually mean increased liquidity from potential sellers, while continued withdrawals indicate reduced supply available for quick sell-offs. Although reserves fell slightly this week, the absolute value remains huge, indicating that exchanges still have a large number of SHIBs available for trading, reducing the possibility of a rapid supply tightening.
Net flow data more clearly reflects market changes. The net outflow of SHIB within 24 hours was approximately-159.4 billion, indicating that the amount of withdrawals exceeded the amount of deposits. During the same period, exchange inflows only increased slightly by 0.04%, reaching 231.187 billion SHIBs, with little change compared with net outflows. In addition, the value of dollar-denominated reserves fell 1.67% to approximately $403.49 million.
The decline in the value of the U.S. dollar exceeded the actual decrease in the SHIB token balance, which more reflects recent weak price trends than large changes in token holdings.
Network Activities and Technology Outlook
Despite recent price stagnation, the Shiba Inu Coin network still shows weak but continued signs of activity. Total transaction volume increased slightly by 0.85% to approximately 4540; the number of active addresses increased by 0.83%. Average trading volume also increased, indicating that while token prices remained weak, capital flows and participant activity did not decline simultaneously.
However, price charts are still a worry. After failing to recover the US$0.000050 level at the end of July, SHIB is currently trading at approximately US$0.0000461. Short-term resistance is clearly around $0.0000497 and $0.0000588, while the short-term moving average is currently at $0.0000464 and is under pressure.
Continued net outflows and falling reserves may ease immediate selling pressure, but the exchange still holds 87.5 trillion SHIBs, prices continue to fall below key resistance levels, and strong upward momentum has not yet emerged.
Current situation and outlook
Currently, the combination of large reserves and moderate net withdrawals has set a new baseline for SHIB's exchange activity rather than giving clear signals of price increases. Although falling reserves and net outflows may reduce immediate supply-side pressures, the token will likely need to decisively recover the $0.000050 mark to achieve a convincing rebound.
As a project originally launched in the form of a decentralized meme token, Shiba Inu still has a broad investor base, but its price still fluctuates below the key moving average. The latest data suggests that the market has entered a period of hoarding pause rather than a persistent supply shortage or rebound trigger.
