Cryptocurrency analyst Ali Martinez pointed out that the DOGE monthly chart is showing technical signals of a strong upward trend. According to Martinez's analysis, the current trend is similar to the price structure in 2022, when dogcoin rose by as much as 145% in a single month.

Martinez said that the Tom Demark sequential indicator sent a buy signal on the dogcoin monthly chart last month, signaling a potential trend reversal. The analyst believes that DOGE's current technical form is highly consistent with the pattern in August 2022-when Dogecoin formed an inverted hammer shape and a cross star candlestick after the TD buy signal, and then rose by 145% monthly.

Currently, the DOGE monthly chart has shown an inverted hammer pattern, a buy signal, and the cross star candlestick is in the formation stage. Martinez pointed out that if history repeats itself, there may be major price fluctuations when the monthly candlestick opens next month.

On-chain data shows that large investors are opening positions in anticipation of an upward trend. According to information shared by Martinez, Whale Address has increased its holdings of more than 430 million DOGE units last week. These acquisitions are believed to strengthen technical bullish expectations.

The key resistance level that Dogecoin needs to pay attention to is US$0.0813. Analysts pointed out that there have been more than 30 billion DOGE transactions at this level before, and if it continues to close above this level, it may signal a continuation of the upward trend. Martinez believes that once $0.0813 is exceeded, the next resistance level will point to $0.177 based on URPD data.
