PUMP prices have risen 170% from CryptoPatel's previously reported entry range, and the token is currently trading at approximately US$0.003126.
Pump Fun Co-founder: User experience is more important than decentralization
Pump Fun co-founder Noah Tweedale said that users value a smooth experience rather than the degree of decentralization of the blockchain. Tweedale pointed out that Solana's growth in activity is an example of "usability trumping infrastructure design." In a recent interview, he bluntly said that he is a "strong bearish on decentralization" and believed that users will ultimately only choose products that run smoothly. This view comes as PUMP prices are approaching $0.003126, up 170% from the entry range previously reported by CryptoPatel.
Pump prices rise, Pump Fun puts user experience first
Tweedale believes that the development path of cryptocurrencies may replicate the history of the Internet-those companies that control the entire technology stack ultimately gain wider user adoption. He said that the Pump Foundation's current priority is to provide an excellent user experience rather than pursuing extreme decentralization.
To support this view, Tweedale compared Solana with Ethereum. He pointed out that some users turned to Solana precisely because of the relatively weak user experience of Ethereum. Pump Fun runs on Solana and focuses on the rapid creation of Meme tokens. Its business model relies heavily on trading activity, speed and low user friction.
At the same time, PUMP prices have risen from the accumulation range previously identified by CryptoPatel. The analyst currently offers price targets of $0.005,$0.0087,$0.015 and $0.023 respectively.
CryptoPatel said: "$PUMP is currently trading at US$0.003126, which is 170% higher than our entry range. I hope you enjoy this wave of profits. Our initial macro analysis is unfolding as expected. The target price remains: $0.005 → $0.0087 → $0.015 → $0.023. As long as the accumulated foundation for the high time frame is maintained, we remain bullish." He also emphasized that the cumulative foundation of a high time frame is still crucial to the overall trend.
PUMP price prospects and blockchain design battle
Tweedale's remarks push "usability" to the heart of blockchain design discussions. He believes that ordinary users may not care about the validator structure or governance model, but rather focus on practical factors such as transaction speed, fees, and application design-these are the keys to determining which chain users choose to trade on. Solana's growth in retail driver activity is Tweedale's most frequently cited example.
Since its launch in 2024, the Pump Fun platform has also generated a large amount of trading activity, with cumulative revenue reported to have exceeded US$1.2 billion. The high activity of the platform allows Tweedale to directly observe user behavior on the chain, and also provides him with commercial motivation to prioritize speed and ease of use.
For PUMP, this round of gains has already occurred, although current prices are still below the higher target set by CryptoPatel. The analyst maintains a bullish view provided that the long-term accumulation foundation remains solid.
