Market Overview

Dogecoin rose 10% to around US$0.078, and Billy Marcus questioned whether the rebound in cryptocurrency prices meant that the weak market in 2026 was coming to an end.

Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and Dogecoin all outperformed the S & P 500-which recorded only a modest increase of 0.21% during the statistical period.

Uncertainty about the Federal Reserve's policy remains, and continued cryptocurrency buying may provide more solid evidence of improving sentiment in the digital asset market.

Mainstream cryptocurrencies generally rose, with Bitcoin (BTC) climbing 8.9% to US$76,321.05, driving increased activity in the digital asset market. Bitcoin transaction volume reached US$63.64 billion and its market value was approximately US$1.53 trillion.

Ethereum (ETH) rose 5.6% to US$2,372.15, with trading volume of US$26.46 billion and a market value of US$286.24 billion, according to CoinGecko. However, Ripple (XRP) was the strongest performer among mainstream currencies, surging 17.7% to US$1.31, with trading volume of US$8.28 billion and a market value of US$82.16 billion.

Binance Coin (BNB) also strengthened, rising 6.7% to US$669.88. Solana (SOL) rose 6.2% to $90.37 on $5.21 billion in trading volume. DOGE joined the strong camp with an increase of 11.5%, rising to US$0.08332, with a trading volume of US$1.41 billion and a market value of approximately US$12.96 billion.

In addition, TRX rose 1.6% to US$0.3389, with a market value of US$32.17 billion. Hyperliquid (HYPE) rose 2.4% to $73.79 on $1.43 billion in trading volume.

Market momentum spreads, leading currencies to gain more

As market gains spread away from mature assets, smaller cryptocurrencies recorded more significant percentage gains. Niu Lai led the list, soaring 82.1% to $0.07378.

The Interfold (FOLD) rose 68.3% to $0.09157, with trading volume of approximately $21 million. Ontology Gas (ONG) followed closely, rising 66.7% to $0.1036. Neiro (NEIRO) rose 48.7% to $0.0001053, with trading volume of approximately $84.66 million. ConstitutionDAO (PEOPLE) rose 44.8% to $0.01164, with volume of $54.78 million.

Collect on Fanable (COLLECT) also recorded a 44.8% increase to US$0.07096, with trading volume of approximately US$22.43 million. BOOK OF MEME (BOME) rose 28.6% to $0.00144, with trading volume reaching $253.76 million. It is worth noting that BOME had the highest trading volume among the leading currencies.

Bitcoin (BTC) remains the market leader, with mainstream cryptocurrencies generally recording gains. Ripple (XRP) outperformed its main competitor, while small-cap tokens recorded stronger percentage gains.
