A list of highlights
Despite the weak price performance of Shiba INU, the decline in exchange reserves and the negative net outflow indicate that investors are increasing their hoarding efforts and triggered seven bullish signals on the chain.
The number of active addresses has increased, while exchange withdrawals exceed deposits, indicating increased online participation and investors are more inclined to hold SHIBs outside exchanges.
SHIB prices remain below the main moving average, but the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is recovering, indicating weakening bearish momentum, while blockchain activity and hoarding behavior have improved.
Shiba Inu triggered seven bullish signals when prices were under pressure.
According to CryptoQuant data, although the SHIB trading price is still below the main technical resistance level and the selling pressure has not yet completely subsided, the latest blockchain indicators show that as investors move tokens out of exchanges, network activities have improved and the hoarding trend is increasing.
Exchange data reflects increased holder confidence
The continued decline in exchange reserves is one of the strongest bullish signals for SHIB, as a reduction in reserves usually means a reduction in the number of tokens available for immediate sale, thereby reducing potential supply in the market.
In addition, the exchange's net outflow remained negative at approximately 64.8 billion SHIBs. This reading suggests that more tokens are leaving the exchange than entering it, a pattern often associated with hoarding behavior.
Internet activity has also strengthened, with the number of active addresses increasing by more than 1% in the past day, reflecting rising user engagement despite weak token prices. In addition, exchanges withdrawals far exceed deposits: approximately 250.2 billion SHIBs left the exchange, while approximately 185.4 billion SHIBs entered trading platforms.
This imbalance suggests that investors prefer self-custody rather than putting their positions for sale.
Average inflows and average outflows from exchanges also support this overall trend. Although both averages have increased, the larger average outflow volume suggests that large players continue to move large amounts of SHIBs away from exchanges. Taken together, these indicators constitute six of the seven bullish signals currently supporting SHIB.
Technical resistance still limits price rebound
Despite improved blockchain activity, SHIB's technical outlook remains cautious. The token remains trading below its 50-day, 100-day and 200-day moving averages, and key resistance levels remain solid.
However, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) has moved out of oversold territory and continues to recover. The improvement constitutes a seventh bullish signal that although buyers have not yet fully regained control of the market, bearish momentum has begun to wane.
At the same time, dollar-denominated exchange reserves fell along with the SHIB market price, while exchange inflows remained relatively high. As a result, SHIB has not yet confirmed a broader technical recovery.
Conclusion
The latest blockchain indicators present a more optimistic outlook than the SHIB price chart: seven bullish signals point to continued hoarding despite market weakness. While technical resistance continues to limit upward momentum, improving online activity and declining exchange balances suggest that investor confidence remains stronger than recent price movements suggest.
