Bitcoin prices rebound as Trump cancels strike on Iran and hints at deal

Bitcoin prices fluctuated today, affected by the latest situation in the US-Iran conflict, but this time the trend is the opposite. After falling to a multi-week low last night, Bitcoin has now rebounded by about $1500 and returned to around $63500. The reason is that the U.S. president announced major mitigation measures a few hours ago.

U.S. President Trump said on his social media platform Real Social that although the US military is still "loaded" and ready to continue to strike Iran, it has suspended current air strikes at the request of Iran and other countries in the region. He added that the countries were advancing a new agreement that would include "the immediate, full and complete opening of the Strait of Hormuz and an end to Iran's nuclear threat."

"Based on this request, for the future interests of the world and for Iran to prosper successfully, I agree to cancel this attack provided that an agreement can be reached quickly. Israel has joined my commitment. Everyone take action and get things done."

As mentioned above, Bitcoin immediately responded and rebounded significantly. Last night, as tensions between the United States and Iran escalated again and the two sides planned to launch a new round of strikes, Bitcoin fell to an 18-day low of $62200. In addition, other factors such as ETF outflows and technical indicators also suggest that cryptocurrencies may soon face further downward pressure.

However, for now, the dynamics of the war seem to have the greatest impact on the trend of Bitcoin prices, and every easing of the situation will bring hope to the market. The actual impact is likely to be felt on Monday morning, as it has happened many times in the past few weeks.
