Strive increased its holdings by 147 bitcoins, bringing its total holdings to 20,167.

Strive added 147 bitcoins to its corporate financial reserves, bringing its total holdings to 20,167. This purchase further consolidates the company's Bitcoin reserves and marks the continued expansion of its digital asset strategy. At the same time, Strive reported strong bitcoin yield data, repaid all of its debt, and maintained sufficient cash reserves.

Bitcoin reserves exceed 20,167

Strive purchased 147 bitcoins at an average price of US$64,812 per coin between August 3 and August 7. This latest increase in holdings has increased the total number of bitcoins held by the company to 20,167. At current valuations, Strive's total bitcoin reserves are worth approximately $1.3 billion.

This acquisition continues the company's accelerated buying trend in 2026. Strive purchased 1,109 bitcoins in May and increased its holdings by 2,500 in June. Subsequently, the company continued to accumulate bitcoins through additional purchases in July and early August.

Currently, Strive has become one of the largest listed companies holding Bitcoin in corporate finance. The company's latest purchase further consolidates its position in the growing corporate bitcoin market.

Bitcoin yields support financial strategy

Strive achieved a 24% Bitcoin yield in the second quarter of 2026. In the first half of the year, the company's Bitcoin yield reached 38%. Strive calculates this indicator by comparing changes in bitcoin holdings with the number of shares outstanding after dilution.

At the same time, the company repaid its debt in full in the second quarter. After completing debt reduction, Strive also held approximately $155 million in cash reserves. Cash positions and bitcoin reserves together constitute the company's two main financial assets.

Strive also launched SATA, a preferred stock product that pays a daily dividend. In addition, the company launched a Bitcoin Reserve Dashboard and website on August 10, and these new tools will regularly update its Bitcoin positions and financial activities.

Bitcoin expansion stems from merger with Semler

In September 2025, after Strive completed its all-stock merger with Semler Scientific, its Bitcoin reserves increased significantly. The transaction increased Strive's Bitcoin position from approximately 5,000 to approximately 10,900. Since then, the company has continued to increase its holdings of Bitcoin through regular financial purchases.

Acquisitions in 2026 have left its positions far exceeding the post-merger level. Prior to the latest acquisition, purchases in May and June had added a cumulative 3,609 bitcoins. Coupled with the addition of 147 pieces this time, Strive is expanding its reserves at an even faster rate.

Tracking services estimate that the average acquisition cost of Strive's overall reserve is approximately US$94,700 per piece. However, the latest purchase price of $64,812 is below this estimated average. As a result, the new bitcoin was purchased this time at a price lower than the cost basis of its overall position reporting.

Strive's growing Bitcoin reserves are now a core component of its corporate financial strategy. The company continues to combine Bitcoin accumulation with asset management business and financial products. At the same time, its debt repayments and cash reserves provide additional financial resources for the expansion of this strategy.
