Technical analysis: Can dogcoin establish a basis for a rebound?

Andrew pointed out in a post on October 11 that if the price of Dogecoin consolidates between US$0.082 and US$0.087, it is expected to establish a basis for a rebound. If the price breaks through the US$0.092 to US$0.095 range and then successfully steps back on confirmation, it will provide a stronger signal that buyers are regaining control of the market.

Analysts identified US$0.100 to US$0.105 as the next potential resistance area, followed by more ambitious price targets between US$0.115 and US$0.117. Starting at about $0.085, reaching the cap target means an increase of about 38%.

However, Andrew warned that if the price fell below $0.0795, the bullish structure would be destroyed. This means that Dogecoin faces a relatively narrow window to stabilize the situation, otherwise it may break again.

The latest technical analysis also points out that the immediate support level is close to US$0.0842, and the resistance level is near US$0.0872. At the same time, the recent "golden cross" failed to generate sustained upward momentum, revealing the difference between long-term indicator improvements and actual buying demand.

Net exchange outflow of US$57 million raises doubts

According to CoinGlass data, a market report on October 11 showed that Dogecoin recorded a net cash exchange outflow of approximately US$57.2 million in the past seven days. The total withdrawal amount reached US$538.16 million, while the deposit amount was US$480.96 million.

Exchange listings are seen as accumulation signals when available, as investors move cryptocurrencies into private wallets. However, these transactions may also reflect transfers of funds between platforms and do not independently prove that Giant Whale is buying DOGE.

The emergence of capital flows has been accompanied by weakness in the broader cryptocurrency market, with Dogecoin falling back from a high of around US$0.095 in early October. Continued market volatility has also put pressure on Bitcoin, Ethereum and other speculative assets.
