据报道，加密货币交易所币安美国（Binance.US）正在寻求在一轮融资中筹集高达1亿美元的资金，此举可能使其估值达到10亿美元。

据彭博社周四报道，这家位于美国的加密交易平台正寻求私人投资，以拓展其业务。如果实现这一估值，将远低于其在202年获得的45亿美元投前估值，当时该平台完成了2亿美元的种子轮融资。

据悉，币安美国已就本轮融资通知了由美国总统唐纳德·特朗普及其儿子共同创办的加密平台“世界自由金融”（World Liberty Financial），但该公司不会参与此次投资。去年，币安曾卷入一起备受争议的投资事件，涉及一家与阿联酋王室有关联的实体利用该平台发行的USD1稳定币向“世界自由金融”进行2亿美元的投资。

据报道，本轮拟议的融资是币安美国在2023年与美国当局达成和解后，为重新夺回市场份额、应对更大竞争对手而采取的努力的一部分。根据该协议，币安控股有限公司同意支付43亿美元的罚款，并接受额外的监控和监督；时任首席执行官赵长鹏则承认了一项重罪指控。赵长鹏服刑四个月，并于2025年获得特朗普的赦免。
