KIDZ AI moves from Solana to Hyperliquid ecosystem

KIDZ AI Inc. (Nasdaq: KIDZ), formerly known as Classover Holdings, Inc., It is an educational technology company focusing on artificial intelligence driving. On May 1, 2025, the company announced that it had entered into an equity purchase agreement with SolanaStrategies Holdings LLC to sell up to US$400 million in Class B common stock.

However, more than a year later, KIDZ AI announced a strategic adjustment to its digital asset treasury strategy on June 2, 2026. The company said it will gradually shift from Solana exposure to the Hyperliquid ecosystem and a dollar-pegged stablecoin yield strategy. KIDZ AI said it plans to gradually withdraw Solana-related assets based on market conditions and reallocate capital into Hyperliquid ecosystem assets.

Stephanie Luo, CEO of KIDZ AI, said: "We are consciously adjusting our treasury strategy from Solana to Hyperliquid because we believe that the next phase of value-added in digital assets will rely on platforms with real usage, deep liquidity and scalable financial infrastructure."

KIDZ shares surge 150% on Canopy Wave trading

On July 21, 2025, KIDZ AI announced its partnership with Canopy Wave, Inc. A 60-month enterprise-level artificial intelligence computing services agreement was signed with a total contract value of $44.6 million. Canopy Wave is a company focused on artificial intelligence reasoning and infrastructure, providing secure, scalable and cost-effective API access to open source weighted AI models, supporting multiple advanced model families including Moonshot AI, DeepSeek, Qwen, and Intelligent AI.

Under the terms of the agreement, Catalyst Compute LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KIDZ AI, will order and deploy a dedicated cluster of 256 NVIDIA HGX B300 GPUs distributed on 32 dedicated GPU nodes, each node equipped with dual Intel Xeon 6776P processors, 4TB DDR5 memory, and ultra-fast 800Gb/s InfiniBand interconnection network.

KIDZ AI stock closed at US$0.412 on July 20. With the announcement of the artificial intelligence protocol, it hit an intraday high of US$1.04 on July 21, an increase of more than 150%. As of press time, KIDZ shares were trading at $0.7683.
