Blockchain technology eliminates the need for traditional brokerages
stablecoin infrastructure supports transactions and distribution. The tokenized securities market is expanding rapidly. Dinari provides qualified U.S. investors with complete investment channels for the S & P 500 Index through blockchain-based dShares. Investors can use USDC to trade and settle tokenized stocks directly from self-managed wallets. Each dShare token represents the actual stock held by a regulated custodian. The platform runs on the Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base and Avalanche blockchain networks. Company equity, including dividends and voting rights, is retained and distributed through the USDC.
Dinari expands its platform to provide tokenized investments in the S & P 500 Index to qualified U.S. investors
Dinari has expanded its platform to provide tokenized investments in all S & P 500 components to qualified U.S. investors. This service supports the use of USDC stablecoins for settlement and enables wallet-based blockchain stock trading. Each digital token corresponds to a real security held by an authorized custodian.
Blockchain technology eliminates the need for traditional brokerages
The platform currently offers 724 tokenized stocks, covering all S & P 500 components. Qualified investors can execute transactions directly from compatible cryptocurrency wallets, bypassing traditional brokerage infrastructure. Transactions take place on four major blockchain networks: Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base and Avalanche. There are plans to increase support for Solana and Sei networks in the future. This wallet-centered approach accepts Circle's USDC stablecoins as the main funding channel. The architecture builds a bridge between digital currencies and the regulated U.S. stock market.
These blockchain securities, called dShares, are entirely backed by the corresponding traditional stocks. Token holders enjoy full shareholder rights, including dividend payments, voting rights, redemption rights and participation in company events. Cash distribution reaches investors in the form of USDC, while ownership verification is carried out through on-chain records.
stablecoin infrastructure supports trading and distribution
The platform uses USDC throughout its workflow-from initial deposit to transaction execution to dividend disbursement. Dinari built the system with Circle and several wallet technology partners. Companies such as Privy, Para and Monaco contribute to access infrastructure and transaction processing. Blockchain-based settlement is faster than traditional market clearing systems. Instead of being locked into a single brokerage ecosystem, token holders can transfer supported securities between compatible platforms. All transfers still require qualification verification, regulatory compliance and custody requirements.
Dinari maintains comprehensive regulatory compliance through a registered broker-dealer entity and an SEC-registered transfer agent. Its broker-dealer department is a member of both FINRA and SIPC. This framework makes it possible to make legal tokenized stock allocations within the United States.
The tokenized securities market is expanding rapidly
This release has brought Dinari into a rapidly maturing area where financial institutions are currently experimenting with blockchain stock products. Research from a16z crypto shows that as of the end of June, the valuation of tokenized stocks was approximately $1.7 billion. Analysts pointed out that as more platforms launch digital versions of traditional stocks, the market has grown by approximately 600%. International markets have launched tokenized stock products from Robinhood and Kraken affiliate Payward, but these products are still not open to U.S. residents. Ondo Finance has plans to build a compliance structure that includes public stocks and ETFs, but has not yet launched services for domestic investors.
Dinari currently operates in 85 countries and manages more than 6000 active tokenization tools. The company established the Dinari Financial Network to unify issuers, custodians, trading venues and transfer agents. This expansion of the S & P 500 index brings this regulated framework directly to qualified U.S. investors.
