Securitize Corp. (SECZ) Market Performance

After launching blockchain-based fixed income investment products, Securitize Corp. (SECZ) shares rose 5.93% to close at $5.71 on Tuesday. The stock rebounded from intraday lows of about $5.25 and remained positive throughout the day. This latest development further consolidates Securitize's position in the field of tokenized finance through strategic cooperation with well-known asset manager Newberg.

The Neuberg Securitize High-yield Tokenized Fund is officially listed

Securitize has launched the Neuberg Securitize High-yield Tokenized Fund (brand name HINC) in response to the growing market demand for blockchain investment tools. This cooperation is the first time Newberg has provided deputy advisory services for tokenized fund products. The strategic alliance combines Newberg's deep expertise in fixed income markets with Securitize's mature digital securities framework.

The investment strategy uses high-yield corporate bonds as the main allocation, and also incorporates other income-based fixed income instruments. The portfolio may include secured loan certificates and leveraged loans as part of the fund's comprehensive income-generation strategy. Newberg provides research capabilities and portfolio building experience for products through his fixed-income investment team.

Newberg's fixed-income division manages assets of more than US$230 billion, and its rich market experience covers multiple economic cycles. This cooperation allows qualified investors to access Newberg's proactive management services through blockchain technology. HINC's distribution covers four major networks: Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana and Sui.

HINC's Regulatory Framework and Distribution Structure

According to the organizational structure of the fund, Securitize Capital LLC assumes the role of investment adviser to HINC. Distribution will be handled by Securitize Markets LLC, providing access to qualified participants. Other Securitize entities provide tokenization technology, administrative functions and infrastructure needed for fund operations.

The fund is only open to qualified investors and qualified buyers who meet certain regulatory thresholds. Potential participants must complete an admission process that includes identity verification and compliance review. In addition, regional restrictions and securities regulations in different jurisdictions will determine final eligibility to participate.

The product launch echoes Securitize's recent progress in improving regulated financial services capabilities in the U.S. market. In July this year, Securitize Capital was registered as an investment consultant with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. This regulatory authorization allows it to conduct more in-depth cooperation with institutional asset managers on compliant tokenized investment products.

Open market performance and business momentum continue

Securitize completed its listing on the New York Stock Exchange on July 2 and entered the open market. At the same time, the company has launched blockchain-based stocks to align its public listing with its technological foundation. This strategic positioning is taking full advantage of institutions 'growing interest in blockchain financial infrastructure.

Previously, Securitize disclosed that first-quarter revenue reached US$19.5 million, a year-on-year increase of approximately 40%. During the same period, the company managed $3.4 billion in tokenized assets. These performance indicators highlight the continued growth momentum of its digital securities platform and regulated product portfolio.

The launch of HINC enriches Securitize's product portfolio by introducing proactively managed high-yield fixed income strategies available via blockchain. Multi-network availability allows it to expand coverage through mature public blockchain infrastructure under a single regulatory framework. The positive performance of shares on Tuesday reflected investors 'response to Securitize's mission to advance the digitalization of traditional financial instruments.
