Circle shares rose to $83.13, the highest level since June 22, and are up about 43% from their 2026 low.

CRCL rose as inflows of bitcoin, altcoin and cryptocurrency ETFs strengthened overall market sentiment.

Circle plans to launch the Arc Layer 1 blockchain on September 16, after active testnet activity.

Arc TestNet has processed more than 502 million transactions and recorded more than 2.8 million active wallets.

Circle faces growth concerns, with the USDC market value falling to US$72.4 billion from more than US$80 billion at the beginning of the year.

CRCL has stood at the 50-day moving average, and the RSI is approaching 70, indicating strong short-term momentum.

Circle (CRCL) shares rose to their highest level since June 22 as the cryptocurrency market recovered. CRCL hit $83.13, up about 43% from the year's low. The rebound comes before Circle launched the Arc Layer 1 network in September, and slowing growth remains the main risk.

Circle shares rise as cryptocurrency market recovers

CRCL shares rise as cryptocurrency rebounds. Bitcoin is approaching resistance territory, and the total market value of cryptocurrencies has risen to approximately US$2.3 trillion.

The Cryptocurrency Fear and Greed Index has risen to 55, the highest level since April 22. This month, the spot Bitcoin ETF attracted more than $1.4 billion in inflows, while the Ethereum ETF poured in $534 million.

Falling yields on long-term government bonds also provided support for risky assets. After the U.S. Treasury expanded bond buybacks, the 30-year Treasury yield fell back to 5.17% from a 2026 high of 5.33%.

Arc's main online launch brings new growth tests

Circle plans to launch the Arc Layer 1 blockchain on September 16. Testnet has processed more than 502 million transactions and recorded more than 2.8 million active wallets.

Arc has attracted verification nodes and partners including ICE, MasterCard, MoneyGram, SBI and Standard Chartered Bank. Circle wants Arc to become the main network for stablecoin payments, competing with Ethereum and Wave Field.

There are still execution risks in this launch. Several companies have launched blockchain networks, but only a few have gained widespread user activity.

Revenue growth shows signs of slowing

Circle reported that after deducting distribution, trading and other costs, revenue and reserve income was US$289 million, a year-on-year increase of 15%. However, compared with the previous quarter, growth remained limited.

Analysts expect revenue for the next quarter to be approximately US$786 million, a year-on-year increase of 6.35%. Full-year revenue growth is expected to be close to 9.3%.

The market value of USDC has dropped to US$72.4 billion from more than US$80 billion at the beginning of the year.

Technical aspects show short-term strength

Daily charts showed Circle shares rebounded from a double-bottom pattern near $58.30. CRCL has stood at the neckline of $72.72 and its 50-day moving average.

The RSI is approaching 70, indicating increased kinetic energy. This pattern leaves room for subsequent gains, but traders need to be aware of possible selling pressure near current prices if momentum weakens.
