XRP is still trading below a continuing downward resistance trend line. After eighteen months of downward lows and weakening momentum, its price volatility has been compressed to a narrower range. This trend line marks a series of lower highs and has served as a key resistance level for more than a year. Bird's latest chart marks a unique trading area (represented by green boxes) near the end of the trend line where prices have completed consolidation.
The analyst pointed out that this area is the key to any upcoming price movements. A striking upward arrow on the chart predicts that if resistance is breached, prices may move towards the $3.80 range. This forecast shows that he believes that if the digital asset can be freed from the constraints of current technology, it will see a significant rise.
