In November 2026, Mumbai will welcome India's first "Unchained Summit" Summit

August 12, 2026, Mumbai, India-Unchained Summit will make its debut in Mumbai, India from November 5 to 6, 2026, bringing together global and Indian financial market leaders, covering digital assets, transactions, Web3 and emerging technologies.

Following the Dubai and Vietnam stations, the third Unchained Summit will invite founders, investors, active traders, wealth and financial market participants, global blockchain companies, technology leaders, policymakers and builders to gather in one of the world's most dynamic digital asset and technology markets.

Confirmed speakers include: S B Seker, Head of Binance Asia Pacific; Ashish Singhal, CoinSwitch Co-founder; Praneeth Srikanti, Partner of Ethereal Ventures; Eva Wong, General Counsel of Parity Technologies; Prabal Banerjee, Co-founder of Avail; Sanat Rao, Chief Investment Officer of Monarq Asset Management; Dilip Chenoy, Chairman of Bharat Web3 Association; Saumya Saxena, Head of Base India; Roshan Prabhakar, Head of Products in India; Vineet Budki, CEO of Sigma Capital; Kunaal Patel, Head of Institutional Business in Asia and Middle East at Ondo Finance; Jaideep Reddy, Partner of Trilegal, and others.

India's participation in the crypto market continues to be strong, ranking first in the 2025 Global Cryptocurrency Adoption Index released by Chainalysis, but its regulatory attitude is more cautious than other major jurisdictions. Unchained Summit India will introduce an international perspective to explore different paths in regulation, adoption and market development in different markets.

At the same time, interest in tokenization and enterprise-level blockchain continues to grow. The Reserve Bank of India explores asset tokenization through its central bank digital currency sandbox, while the national blockchain framework reflects the widespread interest of governments and businesses in blockchain infrastructure.

As India's financial center, Mumbai provides a natural gathering place for traders, wealth management companies, family offices, financial institutions, financial technology companies and Web3 companies, connecting India's active digital asset market with its broader financial and technology ecosystems.

Sharath Kumar, founder and CEO of Aeternum, organizer of Unchained Summit, said: "India has a unique combination of active digital asset participation, growing interest in tokenization and blockchain, and one of the most powerful developer ecosystems in the world. The Unchained Summit India station will bring together forces from the capital, policy and technology levels, and introduce global voices to discuss the next step of the market."

This dual focus will run through the two-day agenda of Unchained Summit India.

Day 1: Focus on Markets, Finance and Digital Assets

The first day will bring together traders, investors, wealth management companies, family offices, traditional financial participants and digital asset companies to discuss topics such as regulation and policy, transactions and markets, tokenization and real-world assets, stablecoins and payments, wealth and portfolio management, capital markets, custody and liquidity.

S B Seker, head of Binance Asia Pacific, pointed out: "India is not only an important market in scale for Binance, but also the 'crown pearl' in influence. With its deep digital penetration and a young, technology-savvy population, India is an unparalleled market for meaningful blockchain adoption and innovation on a global scale."

In addition to discussions in financial markets, India's other major advantage lies in its technology talent. In 2025, India's number of developers on GitHub will reach 21.9 million, becoming the second largest developer community on the platform in the world, with more than 5.2 million new developers added that year.

Day 2: Focus on Web3, Infrastructure and Emerging Technologies

Day 2 will be technology-led, providing developers, founders and builders with thematic agendas around blockchain infrastructure, AI and Web3, DeFi, expansion, interoperability, security and digital trust, pledge, consumer applications and emerging technologies.

Ashish Singhal, co-founder of CoinSwitch, said: "Web3 represents one of the most exciting opportunities to build next generation Internet infrastructure, and India is one of the world's largest hubs with the talent, entrepreneurship and technical expertise to play a leading role in shaping the future of the industry."

The technology itself will also be an important part of the discussion. Alchemy's Uttam Singh said: "We are witnessing the financial system becoming programmable. The next wave of innovation will come from developers built on the chain."

During the two-day summit, wealth managers and traders will interact with digital asset companies; founders will meet with investors; traditional financial participants will examine tokenization and new market infrastructure; Companies will explore blockchain applications; developers and builders will engage in exchanges with global protocol and technology companies; and policy and industry leaders will hear views from different jurisdictions on different regulatory approaches to digital assets.

The summit will also invite international speakers, companies and participants to Mumbai to connect India's financial and technology ecosystem with global leaders in digital assets and Web3.

For Unchained Summit, the goal is clear: to create a venue where capital and technology, traditional finance and digital assets, Indian builders and global markets can meet.

Mumbai will host this event from November 5 to 6, 2026.
