Tölt Strategies provides a key regulatory and strategic role in helping Touchmark launch on August 14, at a time of strong interest in the new computing forward and futures markets.
New York and Washington, August 17, 2026-Tölt Strategies LLC, a leading regulatory strategy and compliance consulting firm, announced that it has played a key role in helping Touchmark Technologies Inc. develop the necessary documentation and trading rules. To support the platform's nationwide launch last Friday. Touchmark is building the market infrastructure for the computing power of inference models, the fastest-growing cost line of artificial intelligence.
The California-based Touchmark trading platform now enables commercial suppliers and buyers to sign forward contracts to deliver tokens representing the computing power of reasoning models to consume that power for the buyer's business operations. By planning in advance the months that end users expect to spend on AI reasoning capabilities, users can manage budgets more effectively and avoid excess capacity in months with lower demand. Producers can sell production capacity in advance and now charge buyers future royalties.
