Zebec: Only two months after launch, nine companies have already run USDC payroll payments on Stella

Early signs: Zebec launches corporate payroll product on the Stellar Network

Zebec headquarters said that only two months after its corporate payroll product on the Stellar Network was launched, it has signed up nine corporate accounts, with an annualized operating rate of approximately US$4 million in USDC payroll payments. These data initially reflect the real demand for wage infrastructure on the chain. Currently, the use of stablecoins in corporate payments is accelerating. Zebec's corporate dashboards are designed for human resources managers managing large distributed teams, allowing employers to stream wages and contractor payments directly into employees 'digital wallets in the form of stable coins. The Stellar deployment, announced in March 2026, marks the first time Zebec has expanded from its original Solana blockchain-based streaming payroll infrastructure to other networks.

Stellar's architecture is well suited for this use case. Transaction costs are less than 1 cent on the network and more than 250,000 USDC transactions are processed per day, providing the liquidity foundation needed for high-frequency payroll operations.

Ecological integration expands application scope

Since its launch, Zebec has been integrating various functions. Through MoneyGram's cash withdrawal channel, employees can cash in on their wages through MoneyGram's global agent network. The Privy wallet infrastructure is responsible for user entry, while Tangem hardware wallet support provides employees with physical self-hosting options. With AllUnity's EURAU stablecoin, the product also supports euro-denominated wage payments, expanding the scope of the business from only supporting U.S. dollar settlement to more scenarios. Zebec Cards 'support for deposits and fund management has been listed as the next item on the roadmap.

These new features reflect a broader trend in wage payments in enterprise-level stablecoins: the coverage of local fiat redemption channels and wallet flexibility often determine whether a product can be recognized in non-U.S. markets. Zebec has positioned itself as Stellar's designated payroll infrastructure provider, and the Stellar organization has chosen the company to assume this role as part of its broader effort to attract institutional users to the network.
