Strong demand for stellar blockchain and XLM

TVL rose in line with prices

Stellar Network recently showed one of the strongest performances among short-term indicators. In the past 24 hours, the network's total locked value (TVL) rose 10.83% to $242.9 million, while XLM prices rose 16.21% to trade at $0.180. Daily expenses surged 86.01% to $1914, setting a short-term high for the chain.

The remarkable feature of this increase is that TVL and prices have risen at the same time. Typically, both tend to rise unilaterally, especially when price increases are driven by speculation rather than real Internet use. This data shows that actual block space demand and on-chain activity are increasing, not just token momentum.

The overall trend in the past 30 days has also been relatively positive. TVL rose 7.74%, with application fee revenue totaling US$516,685, and XLM's market value reaching US$6.22 billion. The only negative signal worth noting is a 12.73% drop in fees on the 30-day chain, which means that the surge in fees within 24 hours may be just an outbreak of short-term activity rather than a sustained shift in the fee generation structure.

A growing network

Behind short-term data are longer-term ecological development trends. In 2025, real-world assets on the Stellar network increased by 172%, and TVL rose 95% to more than $179 million. The network supports 800 active projects, and the number of full-time developers has increased by 31%.

Loan agreement Blend broke through US$80 million in early 2026, while a mature DeFi ecosystem is quietly developing on the network. In the first quarter of 2026, Stellar smart contract transaction fees increased by 88% year-on-year, from US$57.03 million to US$107.23 million.

Stellar is a decentralized blockchain built for fast, low-cost cross-border payments and asset transfers, and institutional adoption conforms to this positioning. Franklin Templeton and WisdomTree have issued tokenized funds on Stellar, and ABN Amro has also issued tokenized digital bonds on the network.

It remains to be seen whether the surge in fees and TVL within 24 hours today is the starting point of a new round of rising prices or just a brief outbreak of activity. However, the underlying fundamentals have been steadily building, and TVL and prices have risen simultaneously during the same window period, which is itself a signal worthy of attention.
