韩国最大券商之一未来资产证券通过Solana向机构投资者发行代币化票据

韩国大型证券公司之一——未来资产证券（Mirae Asset Securities）的香港分公司，已利用Solana区块链向机构投资者成功发行了代币化票据。据周三公告显示，此次交易涉及的是在其30亿美元结构化票据计划下发行的六个月浮动利率票据。新加坡数字市场基础设施运营商Marketnode担任了授权分销商的角色。

未来资产证券利用其内部数字基础设施，负责管理票据的发行、支付以及全生命周期运作。该公司表示，此次交易可为通过基于区块链的渠道分发更广泛的结构化产品提供示范模型。

作为韩国未来资产金融集团（Mirae Asset Financial Group）旗下成员，该证券公司的业务涵盖经纪、投资银行、资产管理及保险等领域。近年来，该集团积极拓展数字资产领域，其关联公司未来资产咨询（Mirae Asset Consulting）于今年7月获得加密交易所Korbit的控股权，随后该平台已更名为Digital X。
