REAL officially becomes a member of Blockchain for Europe (BC4EU). Headquartered in Brussels, the association is committed to working with policymakers, academia and blockchain companies to shape Europe's regulatory framework in the field of digital assets and blockchain technology.
This accession further expands REAL's participation in policy discussions. Currently, European institutional interest in tokenized assets, tokenized securities, stablecoins and blockchain-based financial market infrastructure continues to heat up.
REAL is an institutional, EVM-compatible Layer 1 network built specifically for physical assets. Through its network and ecosystem, the company works with financial institutions, tokenization platforms, custodians, verifiers, liquidity providers, issuers and other industry participants to provide insights into the operational, regulatory and commercial requirements involved in introducing tokenized assets into institutional markets.
As a member of Blockchain for Europe, REAL plans to contribute its practical infrastructure experience in areas such as physical asset tokenization, tokenized securities, asset lifecycle management, verifier engagement, risk visibility, and broader institutional blockchain applications.
As the EU continues to improve its digital asset regulatory framework, the company will also participate in discussions on the infrastructure needed to support compliance, liquidity and operational viability of tokenized markets.
Brandon Kazakov, Vice President of REAL, said: "Europe has the opportunity to become a global leader in institutional tokenization, but this requires a policy framework based on actual market infrastructure. REAL joins Blockchain for Europe, aiming to cover issuance, compliance, risk visibility, settlement, services and secondary market preparation from a full life cycle perspective of tokenized assets. Our goal is to support policy discussions that drive responsible digital asset innovation and true institutional adoption."
Robert Kopic, Secretary-General of Blockchain for Europe, said: "We very much welcome Real Finance to join Blockchain for Europe. Tokenization of physical assets is increasingly recognized as one of the most promising applications of blockchain technology, with the potential to make financial markets more efficient, transparent and accessible. Real Finance brings valuable professional experience in this area, and we look forward to working together to support building a regulatory environment that promotes responsible innovation in Europe."
