Company launches national marginal AI tokenization strategy
Datault AI Inc. (DVLT) In regular trading, it closed at $0.3658, down 5.62%. The stock showed resilience in pre-market trading, rising 2.00% to $0.3731. The company also announced a tokenization strategy for Available Infrastructure's Project Qestrel, which is expected to be valued at more than US$1 billion after full implementation.
Datault AI announced that it will tokenize Project Qestrel, a network of secure edge computing facilities across the United States. The program leverages the company's information and data exchange infrastructure and proprietary tokenization methods to generate $QEST tokens, which represent access and use of the infrastructure. When fully implemented, the value of the tokenization program is expected to exceed US$1 billion. Datault AI will facilitate token generation, market trading and settlement operations through its Data Vault infrastructure. The revenue sharing agreement distributes revenue equally between Datault AI and Available Infrastructure. The ambitious Project Qestrel plan aims to deploy 1000 private edge computing facilities in 100 metropolitan areas and more than 30 states across the country. The total investment of the entire project is approximately US$5 billion. The first batch of operating sites is planned to be launched before the end of 2026.
Advanced infrastructure specifically designed for AI and blockchain applications
Each Project Qestrel facility will feature a zero-trust security architecture, a quantum-resistant encryption protocol and powerful computing power. Each site can be configured with up to 48 GPUs dedicated to artificial intelligence operations. The infrastructure provides low-latency edge AI computing on telecom sites equipped with mature optical fiber and power facilities. Datault AI currently leverages the existing network of Available Infrastructure for instant data evaluations, tokenization operations and revenue generation services. These operations currently serve facilities in the New York Metropolitan Area and Philadelphia areas. The two organizations are actively expanding network coverage nationwide. Available Infrastructure confirms that many facilities will integrate IBM watsonx capabilities, while others will remain flexible to support alternative AI frameworks. Deployment strategies include working with Crown Castle to accelerate infrastructure roll-out. About 30 metropolitan areas are expected to reach operational status during the initial deployment phase.
Digital tokens enable distributed computing resource access
The $QEST token ecosystem will give holders access to reserved GPU computing resources distributed across the Project Qestrel infrastructure. Token holders also have access to network security facilities designed for mission-critical AI deployments. Datault AI's DataScore and DataValue solutions will enable instant data evaluation at network endpoints. The ecosystem includes regulatory compliance mechanisms, institutional-level custody solutions, and user authentication through Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols. Token holders will have the opportunity to conduct secondary market transactions after the first distribution. The organization plans to conduct its initial token offering in the third quarter of 2026.
Datault AI provides comprehensive services covering physical asset tokenization, blockchain technology, edge computing solutions, cybersecurity measures, sovereign computing infrastructure and exchange platform capabilities. The two organizations described the project as the first large-scale tokenization of an operating national edge AI infrastructure deployment. The plan combines accessibility of physical infrastructure with liquidity in digital asset markets while meeting the computing needs of enterprises in the context of growing adoption of artificial intelligence.
