Binance officially announced the launch of Aerodrome (AERO) spot trading
Binance, one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges, has officially announced that it will launch Aerodrome (AERO) tokens in the spot market. The exchange will simultaneously open three new trading pairs from AERO, and the token will be traded with a "Seed Tag". Since Binance's launch activities have significantly increased the trading volume and investor attention of many altcoins in the past, this development has also been closely watched by the AERO ecosystem. After the launch announcement, investors 'attention has turned to possible fluctuations in AERO prices and the growth of trading volume. It is expected that the price trend formed on the first trading day will become the focus of market attention.
Binance announces Aerodrome (AERO) trading hours
According to Binance's official announcement, Aerodrome (AERO) will start trading in the spot market at 14:00 Beijing time on July 17, 2026. Investors can use the following trading pairs to buy and sell after going online:
AERO/USDT
AERO/USDC
AERO/TRY
Binance also announced that users can start recharging AERO before going online, and the withdrawal function will be open at 14:00 Beijing time on July 18, 2026.
Aerodrome will carry a "seed label" transaction
Binance said that Aerodrome will be launched in the form of a "seed label". The seed label is a special label used for cryptocurrency projects that are still in their early stages of development and may have higher price volatility than other projects. Investors need to consider the higher market risk brought by assets holding this label. Binance said that assets with seed tags will be evaluated regularly and will review their listing status if they fail to meet specified standards.
What is Aerodrome (AERO)?
As the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem grows, a new generation of protocols that allow users to conduct transactions at lower costs and utilize assets more efficiently are also emerging. Aerodrome Finance (AERO), developed based on the Base Network, is one such project that has attracted much attention for its advanced liquidity management, rapid token redemption and community-driven governance model. The platform incentivizes liquidity providers through AERO token rewards while striving to become one of the core liquidity centers in the Base ecosystem.
Binance official statement
Binance said in a statement: "Aerodrome (AERO) will be launched as a seed tag. Spot trading will start with AERO/USDT, AERO/USDC and AERO/TRY trading pairs. The top-up function will be available before launch, and the withdrawal function will be available on July 18, 2026."
In the first few hours after new tokens are launched, high volatility tends to occur, which is considered a common phenomenon. Therefore, experts remind investors that price fluctuations may be more severe, especially on the first trading day. Due to the high risk level of projects with seed labels, investors are recommended to conduct full research on the project before trading and pay attention to risk management.
