Unity AOS: Laying the security foundation for autonomous AI systems
Unity is a system capability that ensures secure spending of digital assets. It will make artificial intelligence (AI) agents more active and trustworthy to successfully execute the digital asset spending process. Unicity AOS is actually the first operating system for autonomous AI. Its birth stems from the many flaws in existing AI agents.
Users face various problems when using existing AI agents, such as the inability to enumerate agents, the inability to manage agent expenditures, and the inability to trace the decision-making chain back to the human who initiated the decision. With Unity AOS, each capability is encapsulated into a separate module: models, memories, tools, and protection mechanisms. Unicity integrates these functions into a unified exchange architecture.
The operating system is not a marketing promotion, but consists of actual components such as system calls, inter-process communication, permissions, quotas, and drivers, and each component is worthy of its name. Each of the basic elements is truly available: processes (running in isolation as a WASM program), system calls (the framework that makes up the operating system is an insurmountable boundary), permissions (using capability tokens, which are stricter than Unix and have a narrower range of permissions), quotas (CPU and RAM-two resources that operating systems have never needed to measure before), the IPC bus, and drivers (providing module swaps that are replaceable like drivers without being perceived by upper layers). On the other hand, Unicity AOS ensures security and auditability, implements cost control, multi-provider routing, and supports offline operation. Each sensitive operation is evaluated based on strategy, capabilities, budget and approvals before execution.
Provides governance capabilities for enterprise-level autonomous AI
Unity AOS can also fully control cost budget caps and enforce atomization limits for each session and workspace at the core level. In addition, the routing module can select an execution path based on complexity, cost, or latency. To run offline, users only need to replace the provider module with a local Olama or vLLM build, leaving the rest of the agent running logic unchanged.
The entire operating system runs inside the user network, through a single exit gateway. Agent activity and data never leave boundaries, and every decision is signed and recorded on a tamper-proof chain. All in all, Uniity AOS is carefully upgrading its AI agents to more advanced levels to achieve immediate and ideal results.
