Avery Ching, CEO of Aptos Labs, said the regulation of digital assets being discussed in the U.S. Congress could pave the way for major changes in the financial sector. Ching believes that the promulgation of the CLARITY Act in particular may become an important catalyst to accelerate the entry of financial institutions and large companies into the digital asset market.

On the YouTube channel "3PROTV", Ching pointed out that comprehensive cryptocurrency regulation in the United States will not only reduce legal uncertainty in this area, but will also allow institutional investors to enter the market more securely. He emphasized that current regulatory efforts are critical to the long-term growth of the digital asset ecosystem.

Ching, CEO of Aptos, said that the GENIUS Act and the CLARITY Act, currently on the U.S. agenda, will become two basic legal cornerstones that shape the future of the industry. He believes that these two bills will constitute the most important legal framework to support the development of digital asset markets and contribute to the widespread popularization of blockchain-based financial applications.

Ching said that the most important trends that will change financial markets in the next five years are asset digitization and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence technology. He added that a time is coming when U.S. Treasury bonds, money market funds, stocks and other traditional financial products can be traded more efficiently as digital assets through blockchain infrastructure. This shift is expected to reduce transaction costs, speed up the clearing process and increase access opportunities for global investors.

On the other hand, the Aptos ecosystem continues to grow through new collaborations. The Aptos (APT) blockchain network developed by the company has been selected as one of the core blockchain partners of the next generation stablecoin project OpenUSD (OUSD). This collaboration aims to strengthen OpenUSD's technical infrastructure and expand the enterprise-level application scenarios of the Aptos network.

Experts believe that if the United States implements a comprehensive regulatory framework for crypto assets, the interest of banks, investment companies and large institutional investors in the digital asset field may increase significantly. This is expected to accelerate the adoption of blockchain-based financial applications and drive new capital flows into the industry.
