HEX代币因创始人被拘大幅下挫

据当地媒体报道，Hex（HEX）代币创始人理查德·舒勒（Richard Schueler，又名理查德·赫特）在伊斯坦布尔被当局拘留，受此影响，该代币在过去24小时内下跌近30%。

截至协调世界时周四上午11:28，HEX代币价格跌至0.0006美元。根据市场数据，其市值从周三的5亿多美元缩水至发稿时的3.4亿美元，蒸发约1.6亿美元。该代币此前在2021年9月曾触及0.44美元的高点。

周三，土耳其媒体Ihlas Haber Ajansı（IHA）报道，舒勒及其妻子在伊斯坦布尔被土耳其当局拘留。据报道，警方查获了多台设备、硬件钱包、珠宝以及手枪。

此次被捕发生在国际刑警组织（Interpol）两年前发布针对舒勒的“红色通缉令”之后。当时，国际刑警组织以涉嫌税务欺诈和袭击为由发布了该通缉令，芬兰当局也要求逮捕他。芬兰国家调查局的一名发言人拒绝就此事发表评论。

舒勒还曾被列入欧洲最通缉逃犯名单，相关指控称他“抓住一名16岁受害者的头发，将其拖入楼梯间并推倒在地”，构成身体攻击。

2023年7月，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）起诉舒勒，指控其在未注册证券发行中筹集了10亿美元，并挪用至少1200万美元。然而，美国地区法官卡罗尔·巴格利·阿蒙于2025年2月驳回了此案，裁定该活动并未充分针对美国投资者。2025年4月，SEC表示无意重新提交针对舒勒的证券欺诈投诉。
