比特币财库公司Strategy正寻求通过优先股发行来为更多的比特币购买提供资金。执行董事长Michael Saylor表示，该公司有能力创造高达300亿美元的数字信用额度。

在Strategy的第三季度财报电话会议上，Saylor指出，利用现有的资产负债表，无需额外增发普通股或进一步依赖比特币价格升值，公司即可生成这一规模的资金。“我们可以创造100亿美元、200亿美元甚至300亿美元的数字信用额度，”Saylor说道。

融资策略转向优先股

这种潜在的融资能力凸显了公司向STRC等优先股转变的趋势，旨在通过此类工具资助比特币积累，而非主要依赖可转换债务或普通股销售。

CEO Phong Le在电话会议中表示，发行数字信用将是获取更多比特币的主要方式。“获取比特币的主要途径是发行数字信用，”Le强调。

Le补充说，如果Strategy在一个月内通过STRC筹集10亿至20亿美元，可以将部分收益存入美元储备，其余资金则用于购买比特币。

财务表现与持仓增长

据报道，Strategy第三季度净利润达到195.3亿美元，这主要得益于其数字资产价值209.1亿美元的增值。截至10月25日，该公司的比特币持仓量已达848,517枚，年初至今增长了26%。
