The XRP Rich List has once again attracted attention

Cryptocurrency commentator BagMan (@XRPBags) shared the latest distribution data of XRP ledgers, revealing the different thresholds needed to become the top holders. As numbers fall again, elite status becomes more accessible.

The data he shared showed three key thresholds: currently, ranking among the top 10% of XRP holders requires at least 2,155.87 XRP, a decrease of nearly 6 from 2,161.81 in early July; the top 5% requires 7,507.39 XRP; and to enter the top 1%, wallets need to hold 45,000 XRP.

How much do these numbers cost today?

Based on the current price of US$1.10 per XRP, these thresholds translate into specific dollar amounts: approximately US$2,371 is needed to enter the top 10%; approximately US$8,258 is needed to enter the top 5%; The top 1% is close to $49,500.

These numbers make the upper threshold intuitive. For many retail investors, the top 10% is an achievable goal. Entering the top 1% requires more serious investment, but it is still feasible for many market participants.

Complete distribution map

The complete table shared by BagMan lists data for each major level. The top 2% threshold is 21,939.74 XRP, which is approximately US$24,134 at current prices; the top 3% require 14,076.12 XRP (approximately US$15,484); and the top 4% is 10,030 XRP (approximately US$11,033).

Further up, the top 0.5% requires 80,203.15 XRP (approximately US$88,223); the top 0.2% threshold is 159,385.33 XRP (approximately US$175,324); the top 0.1% requires 277,098.12 XRP, with a cost close to US$304,808.

At the highest level, there are only 800 accounts in the top 0.01%, each holding at least 3,714,074.61 XRP. At $1.10, the minimum threshold alone exceeds $4 million.

Highly concentrated distribution

The number of accounts reveals the concentration of XRP holdings. Only 79,985 accounts qualify for the top 1%; the top 0.1% covers 7,999 accounts; and the top 0.01% has less than 1,000 accounts.

Distribution data shows that a small number of accounts in the network hold large supply, and the gap between levels has widened sharply at the top. Interestingly, recent data shows that more than 74% of all circulating tokens are in wallets holding more than 1 million XRPs, highlighting the influence of large holders on token distribution.
