XRP Ripple's market value moves towards US$1 trillion: Analysts say "Kaboom 4" has been launched-how realistic is it?
Ripple tokens are often the subject of various exaggerated and even outrageous price predictions. While these predictions may gain necessary attention in a bull market, it is hard to imagine that most predictions will come true when underlying asset prices are still struggling 70% below their all-time highs.
However, similar market conditions are exactly what is typically needed for a complete surrender before the next rally. Today, we will analyze EGRAG CRYSTPTO's vision for Ripple and its path to a US$1 trillion market value.
"Kaboom 4" has been launched
EGRAG is known for its fairly generous predictions in Ripple price analysis, often setting a target of more than $10 for the next cycle peak. In the latest analysis, the analyst pointed out that the monthly market value of this cross-border token continues to follow a macro pattern that has occurred repeatedly throughout its 14-year history.
He believes that each major cycle starts with a retesting of the long-term uptrend structure and the 33-period simple moving average before triggering explosive gains. These so-called "Kaboom" phases have produced several astonishing expansions in the past, the first of which has led to a 95% surge, and the subsequent two have achieved approximately 15-fold increases.
EGRAG is now convinced that Ripple has entered the fourth iteration of the same model and points out that US$64.1 billion, US$48.8 billion and US$37.2 billion are key support levels that its market value needs to hold to verify the bullish structure.
If this happens, EGRAG predicts the next target based on the Fibonacci expansion: $130 billion,$310 billion,$493 billion, and eventually $955 billion.
Although he admitted that long-term symmetric triangle predictions could theoretically point to a market value of more than $2 trillion, he believed the $1 trillion target was more conservative and achievable.
Geometry of reality?
Although these trillion-dollar targets sound unrealistic at the moment, considering that the current market value of Ripple is less than US$70 billion, it is worth noting that the token has surprised investors many times in the past.
However, climbing from less than US$70 billion to US$955 billion requires a surge of more than 1250%. It is not impossible in theory, but to say the least, the current market environment is far from favorable.
Even if new tokens are unlocked every month, a market value of US$955 billion means that the price of Ripple is well above US$10. It would also bring the asset's market value significantly higher than Ethereum (compared with current data) and closer to Bitcoin-the only cryptocurrency to have entered the trillion-dollar market value zone.
The factor that may support such a significant rally is Ripple's own development. In the past year or so, the company has taken major steps, including large-scale acquisitions, regional expansions and partnerships, but none of these have boosted its underlying assets.
In addition, ETF capital inflows also need to rebound significantly to the level after its launch at the end of 2025, rather than the current sluggish attention.
Therefore, although Ripple has the potential to achieve the above-mentioned huge goals, it requires a major shift in narrative, improved market conditions, improved awareness of risky assets, and all factors that will help it develop.
