What is C0mpute (ZERO)?

C0mpute (ZERO) is a decentralized artificial intelligence network that does not rely on centralized data centers, but provides AI inference services through independent GPU owners distributed around the world. The platform is designed to allow users to access AI models in a more private, non-censored, and free of restrictions from a centralized organization. In the C0mpute ecosystem, users use USDC to purchase credits to obtain AI services, while participants who provide GPU computing power to the network receive USDC rewards based on tasks completed. How does C0mpute work?

When a user sends a command on the platform, the system automatically matches the appropriate GPU worker. The selected workers will run the AI model on their graphics cards and return the generated responses to the user in real time. During this process, the user's identity information is not shared with workers. The platform transmits only the text needed to perform the task and states that it will not permanently save the conversation record.

What is the use of ZERO tokens?

As a native asset of the platform, ZERO is not directly used to pay for AI services. In the C0mpute ecosystem, users need to use USDC to purchase credit lines to obtain AI services, while ZERO tokens are positioned as basic assets that support the network economic structure and aim to create long-term value. Through this design, the platform's usage process is separated from the token economy, building a more sustainable model.

Revenue generated by the platform is automatically used for two different purposes:

• 50% of revenue is used to repurchase ZERO tokens from the market and permanently destroy them, thereby gradually reducing the supply of tokens in circulation.
• The remaining 50% is used as a reward in the form of USDC and distributed to users who pledge ZERO. This allows token holders to earn passive income as the network grows.

Through this economic model, as platform usage and network revenue increase, it not only achieves regular token repurchase, but also promotes the growth of pledge rewards. C0mpute uses this mechanism to directly link the use of the Internet to the ZERO token economy, aiming to create sustainable value in the long term.

ZERO Pledge System

ZERO token holders can contribute to network security by pledging assets, while receiving multiple rewards and benefits. The pledge system not only provides passive income, but also allows users to use AI services on the platform more efficiently.

The main advantages of ZERO pledge include:

• Daily USDC rewards: Daily USDC rewards are obtained from network revenue based on the number of tokens pledged.
• Free AI usage limit: Pledged users can get updated free credit limits every day, so that they can use a certain amount of AI services without additional payment.
• Increase in worker income: GPU workers who pledge at least 500,000 ZERO will receive an 80% revenue share (the standard is 70%) when completing the task, thereby earning higher profits.

The platform also emphasized that pledged tokens will not be stored in centralized wallets. The user's assets are completely under his or her own control and stored in an on-chain vault. Only the token holder himself or herself can manage the pledge operation. This design is designed to improve security while maintaining user control over assets.

How do GPU owners make money?

Participants who provide GPU computing power to the C0mpute network will receive USDC rewards for each AI inference task they complete. In this way, individual users can earn passive income by contributing the computing power of the graphics card to the network. Thanks to the decentralized structure of the network, independent GPU owners around the world can directly participate in the provision of AI services. Browser-based workers handle tasks at the Pro level, while native workers with high-performance graphics cards run more advanced AI models at the Max level. Image generation requests are handled by independent image workers using the ComfyUI infrastructure. The system allocates tasks based on the worker's current performance and the number of tokens generated per second. Although higher-performance GPUs can get more tasks, in order to avoid excessive load concentration on the strongest hardware, the system adopts a balanced allocation mechanism.
