The single-day net inflow of Bitcoin Spot ETF is approaching the US$1 billion mark

According to SoValue data, on September 21, the U.S. Bitcoin Spot Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) recorded a net inflow of US$999 million. This psychological threshold of nearly US$1 billion per day shows that investors 'demand for Bitcoin exposure through ETFs remains strong.

Among them, BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) led the entire category with a net inflow of US$381 million, accounting for approximately 38% of the total inflow of U.S. Bitcoin spot ETFs. ETF inflow data shows that more capital entered the fund than flowed out during the day's trading. Although these data provide a valuable perspective on investor needs, they do not guarantee an inevitable increase in Bitcoin prices.

Ethereum Spot ETF also performed well

On September 21, in addition to Bitcoin, Ethereum also welcomed a positive flow of ETF funds. The U.S. spot Ethereum ETF attracted a net inflow of $270 million. Among them, BlackRock's iShares Ethereum Trust Fund (ETHA) recorded a net inflow of US$110 million, accounting for approximately 41% of the total inflow of the Ethereum ETF category that day.

Taken together, Bitcoin and Ethereum Spot ETFs combined brought in a net inflow of approximately US$1.27 billion on the trading day. Positive data from these two categories suggest that market demand is not limited to a single crypto asset or specific funds. In addition, the results also highlighted BlackRock's market contribution: its IBIT and ETHA funds received a combined net inflow of $491 million.
