BNB标准公司敲响纳斯达克开盘钟，标志着企业级BNB金库正式亮相

10月26日，BNB标准公司（NASDAQ: BNC）在纽约纳斯达克市场网站举行了开盘仪式，这一活动将一家拥有企业级BNB资产金库的公司推向了资本市场的前沿。币安创始人赵长鹏（CZ）出席了此次活动。

品牌重塑与新任CEO上任

此次事件标志着公司名称的变更以及首席执行官Alex Odagiu的就职。该公司于2026年9月29日正式更名为BNB标准公司。新名称是通过在X平台进行的为期五天的公众咨询投票选定的，在5,799张选票中，BNB标准获得了约47%的支持率。其在纳斯达克的交易代码“BNC”保持不变。

Odagiu自今年6月起担任临时总裁及董事，并于10月19日正式出任首席执行官。他此前曾在YZi Labs和高盛国际工作。据YZi Labs透露，赵长鹏、张伊昀（Ella Zhang）以及YZi Labs团队均参加了此次仪式。

该公司自称拥有全球最大的企业级BNB资产金库。其计划包括增加BNB持仓量，并在与YZi Labs达成治理协议后，在BNB链上运营验证节点。

Odagiu表示，大多数机构投资者尚未深入研究BNB。

CZ谈加密货币与传统金融的融合

赵长鹏表示，九年前BNB推出时，他从未想过会看到一家以BNB代币为金库的企业敲响纳斯达克开盘钟。在他看来，没有什么时刻比这更能体现加密货币与传统金融的融合。

YZi Labs表示，支持BNB标准为投资者提供参与BNB长期发展的渠道，使其能够在公开市场中进行投资。

财务风险警示

该公司的资产负债表高度集中于代币资产。根据Pluang对公司披露信息的总结，截至2026年7月31日，BNB代币占其资产的93%以上。

这使得股东面临BNB价格波动的风险，公司已在自身披露文件中明确指出市场价格的波动性以及BNB持仓集中度带来的风险。
